Hey, I have 2 Bluetooth lamps bought 2 years apart. At this moment one of them is working fine but the other is not connecting. After the update the one that used to work stops working and the other one starts connecting. Every app update is like this. I could not find a version of the app that works with both lamps. What can I do to fix this? LaterEdit: i just turned on the location service and it connects instantly

It was a great app, but lately it says I am not paired anymore to it, and also the Bluetooth research of the app doesn't work, so despite i connect my phone to the app from the bluetooth settings, it won't pair with my phone, which also means I cannot control colors anymore... That is basically the main scope of the app, and what made it so amazing. If anyone knows how to solve this huge problem, please tell me...

The app does not work well with Android 10. Connecting to the bluetooth speaker via settings works. Using the remote for light color change works. Connecting to YXM app using BT Connect function in iLink app does not work. The app does not help in using the smart lamp's functions. Please fix this developer/s. Thanks.

Great app for light but cannot connect phone for the music Samsung s8+ phone,tryed everything still cannot get it to play music from my phone yet wifes phone works fine on lights and music,typical

Is your music working but can't control the light? Simply turn Location ON on your phone, it's really that simple. I struggled for hours before reading these reviews where I saw this solution. I turned location ON and now everything works perfectly. Thanks to whoever posted this solution previously.

App doesn't work even i turn on location , i cannot even on-off light though the app, it's so irritating I am requesting to the developers to fix this problem ASAP

Its a great product when it works! The first one I received was defective. I wrote to the company and they sent another one rush at no cost. Didnt ask for the defective one... The second took me a while to get going, because of the lack of instructions, but its all like that nowadays, maybee im to techno dumb. Now it works, music, lighting, colors etc. A decent quality product for the price! Having it in the gazebo summer nights is great ! Very ingeneous product, no batteries to manage...

Lamp app stopped working after a week, even if i location is turned on. Cant change lamp color anymore. This is frustrating.

It won't let me open the app, when I click on the app it opens to the iLink logo and then closes in half a second, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn't work, and multiple people are having this issue, it won't let me do anything with the light and it sucks, I would give a better review if i could actually open the app, please let me know if there is a fix
