Wish it had more important info up front, like traffic, weather, booking covid days. Im trying to renew my pass and I get a message saying I have to go into settings and enable chrome. There is no such setting in the app. Just dumb.

For a pass you pay hundreds of dollars for, you'd think they'd have a functioning app. Crashes on start every time.

App never works. Insurance I bought was wasted money even though covid canceled the season. Had to call to roll over my 20/21 season pass (that I never used) to 21/22. Recieved a "full" credit that couldn't be used before April 19th. Now that it can be used the new price has "discounts" with the new price at $50 more than my credit is worth. Absolute garbage business management. I'll be going back to Epic, thanks.

App works good for me. I bought a 4 day pass and was able to ski 5 days because it somehow never registered me skiing one day. This app is costing ikon because they're losing business AND giving away free day passes.

Android user here. The only thing that works on this app is the location of friends, and even that doesn't work sometimes. I've been to Ikon resorts many times already this season and even though I hit the button to track myself, it still give me no stats on my current day or my history of previous days this season. I'd really like to use this app, but there are major things to fix.

So much potential. They got the icing well but forgot about the cake. In this case the cake means the app actually tracking reliably without losing information. Literally the one job it needs to do well but the app will often sign out losing hours of information (even though it was sharing/tracking that information just a few minutes ago, poor db/systems design). If they can fix this, then this app would be 4-5 stars easily, as the UI is smooth and responsive, the quantity/quality of data is well presented, and it tracks across resorts. But until then it's an extremely poor user experience where friends are unhappy to use or trust the app.

This app is very difficult to navigate. It's hard to find weather, snow accumulation, maps of the location where you're at, there's no key to be able to tell what colors mean on certain lifts and you can't see wait time. This app also doesn't track my stats. There's a whole section for them but I've skied two days this season and it says "no stats, get out there". How can I get it to track my stats?

Ikon app is cool. Has a ton of potential. Ikon definitely needs to tweak it and make updates to work better. For the first season I like the concept and works almost good for me. More updates and itll be really helpful. I have Verizon and dont have issues with connection. My friends with other providers work sometimes and sometimes not. Really depends on the phone and location of the mountain.

Needs special settings to "work" with Android 10. Must give it full location all the time, not just when the app is open. Also must make sure adaptive battery is not limiting the app's background power. Once you have these settings, it will do a horrible job of tracking your day but it's better than nothing. Apparently today i only did 15000 vertical feet on one lift ride 🙄...
