Third time I'm trying this app. After a week or so the app replaces my ID with a incomprehensible string of letters and symbols. Called helpline once. Apparently I'm the only one having difficulty.

The app icon for Pixel 5 (or android in general) is not fitted correctly for the icon shape. Fixing this would be appreciated. But IG Wealth is amazing overall and would recommend their services as they offer to anyone that need financial recommendations.

Access to my accounts via this app is as difficult, inconvenient and overly confusing as the previous online access had been. Add to that the fact that your password is not retained by the system (you have to enter it manually every time you want access) and the experience is frustrating and hardly worth the effort to switch.

When it works its just ok. It's not a user friendly app at all either. App tends to fail to load or you often get error screens. Would love to be able to easily see my ROI since January 1 of each year but the developers seemed to think we don't need this information.

Meh. Too often have trouble logging in/connecting. Not sure if its server related, but it doesnt matter why, it's just frustrating.

It loads information slowly and the actual balance is never the actual market value, it's always a day or two behind. I can't use the app to trade stocks in the TSFA. I have to pay $50 to trade, far above comparable fees eleswhere. It's belittling to have to call the "advisor" who is not allowed to advise on trades. So, I don't even trade from the TSFA and it's only a matter of time before I switch it elsewhere where I have the actual control and benefit of my own money.

Keep getting a service error and will not allow me to log in. Samsung S10e. Phone was restarted after download the app. Update: Removed and reinstalled. Working now.
