IFS MWO Service is ideal for service technicians in the field, giving you more access to information and more control over your work. Intuitive and easy to use, it guides you through the work order process.
IFS MWO Service provides instant customer intelligence; imagine arriving on site for an emergency call and being able to check the status of any other open work orders, preventive maintenance, or support requests from that customer, check the availability of spare parts and instantly update your work progress to accommodate the diversion to the emergency call.
It's designed to support use in locations and situations where network connectivity is bad, sporadic, or simply not allowed. The software syncs your data later, on schedule or when you have a good connection again.
