The app offers an easy route to government services and services from private companies that can be used with your ID Austria.
Access to your personal data
The "My Personal Data" feature allows you to view extensive personal data from the ID Austria system, such as registration or ID data.
EU-wide use of administrative services
ID Austria can also be used outside of Austria for online applications in other EU member states. You can also use the app to confirm registrations with digital administrative services in other EU countries.
How to use the "ID Austria" app:
1. Download the free app.
2. Link your ID Austria or the electronic identity card (eID) of another EU member state to the app.
3. You can now enjoy all the benefits of the "ID Austria" app without restrictions.

• Conveniently access digital government services and business services online at any time
• Access online services from various providers using your ID Austria login credentials
• View your own personal data, such as registration or ID card details
• Use your device password/device PIN code as an identification factor in addition to biometrics
