Worked fine at first. Then all of a sudden it declared the memory card impossible to read and recognise. I removed the card, brand new and tried it on my phone - it did not work because it was burned by the camera!! I subscribed for the so called cloud and paid for it. For 2-3 weeks it was fine and then the cloud was gone too. No cloud, no records, no video - nothing. No feedback, no contact with any support/ help center - zero. I am not sure this so called cloud will ever recover.

After I updated, it cannot add devices anymore. I'm so disappointed. The scanning of QR code doesn't work. I have 4 IP cams and none of them gets added. This is totally useless. I have to give 1 star only

Used to work great and used the paid cloud storage for a month and now it doesn't work anymore. I paid for a year for the 30 days video storage but none of the videos are available. Cheaters, beware.

Not working lately. Camera kept lost connection, always refreshing device list when launching the apps, kept asking new password, near impossible to view the camera when my phone use mobile data, overall it's totally bad experience.

Terrible. Don't have a costumer service. I paid cloud service for to cam 59$ each and it not working. Refund it's not working same. Impossible get support or contact with someone. They just took my money and go.

Can't even make an account, I get random error messages and I can't send any feedback either because I'm not authorized to without an account. SMS verification codes don't send and the email verification codes are incorrect. I'm almost convinced this is a scam just to get my info.

It was originally a usable tool approx a year ago. But the new versions since a while can use only QR code to get connected to an another camera or to those ones which was earlier among the device list just deleted. So older cameras for example i bought a year ago are does not supported anymore. It is a scandal that this software was developed only for this new direction but all older left behind. Never again with this software or company.

Don't get this app unless you want to pay for it forever, it demands that you purchase the cloud option or it will not work.
