The application fulfills its function correctly. I'm using it with a Gadnic SX9 camera. Everything works fine. On Android 11 the notifications tend to fail a bit (sometimes alerts don't display correctly). In old versions, an option was shown to upload videos / images via FTP or send them by email. That no longer appears in this version. BTW, is there an option to force the application to English? Since it was installed automatically in Spanish (I think because the phone's configuration) and the translation is quite bad.

Won't autologin after last update. No response from support for any questions. If a camera goes offline either I need to pwr sequence, or reset it to factory settings. Pain in the... if the camera is in a hard to access location- and you need to have it 6" from phone. Got to be an easier way....?

Had this app for a few years and up until a couple months ago it was great. Since the update it crashes every 5 minutes, it doesn't record anymore and basically worthless. Will be switching over to the yi LoT camera system. Already have one installed and am very happy with it

Since the latest update, my cameras night vision has stopped working. Logs me out all the time. Constant messages when nothing has set the motion alarm. This camera and App are garbage! Will never waste my money on this again. Brought 4 cameras from another company and they work perfectly, all the time.....

App not working well , camera problem always buffering. I did wire connect to router, but camera disconnecting itself from internet and turn head down. It means, your adjusted position changes always and need to move camera by app each time when disconnected from internet. To login asking for agree policy each time.

Was great. Last update ruined it. Now it won't connect most times. When it does it has to be near router plugged into ethernet. Once unhooked and unplugged it's offline again when mounted to it's vantage point. Please fix.

Worked ok for a week or two. Now it rarely connects, just says buffering. The camera appears to be working, but the app is basically broken.

For anyone else who is suffering from a message from this app blocking the screen, since there is zero support. Open settings/alarm. Disable "Push". This will turn off the larger bug message. Defies belief, really.

Easy log in, plenty of features to get the most of this camera. One of the best Chinese camera apps, and surprisingly good camera. It lacks in explaining all the features. Learning on the fly but every new feature you discover just adds the the value of the app and camera. So far I like it more than many others.

-Excellent app. Setup camera twice with a pc, before installing, press default reset, install and format the sd card, and browse through all menu. -Set alarm by area or cordon, share pic or video, push human detect alarm and time frames, etc. then install. -I would buy the app for a nominal price if they remove the cloud ads, no auto update as default, and have a written statement-they will never access any camera in my premises or have the app access their ip ever, without a written consent.
