The UI needs a lot of work. It's not very responsive. It doesn’t seem like a secure way of banking just because there are not many security features and the app looks like it was made by a high schooler. The app has to both look and work well for people to have any trust in it. Take some references from the bkash app Maybe.

I feel safe and secure with this apps! But I think one thing should add that is 'in word’ of the payment amount. Once I made e mistake! ওhile sending 10000 I had sent 1000. If in word system was there, I did not make that mistake. I expect you to add this thing while updating the app next time. Thank you!!

If you could add OTP verification via email, we could have used from abroad. I find this app good; however, because OTP verfication cannot be done via email, I'm using other bank because they offer OTP verification over email.

This app's interface is so poor.It's a internet banking app.So, you should ensure more security of user ID like "mobile number authentication". and you should also change the interface of it.I hope, you will fix this problem very soon.In sha Allah

Looks like IBBL web & mobile are developed by team(s) who never used other softwares. They don't understand security and extremely over-protective at the cost of inconvenience. The site is poorly managed. - the documentation is outdated - the complain section does not work - weird OTP in mobile only. so if you are somewhere w/o your phone/phone coverage, you're stuck. - no way use ibbl un(smart) after changing device. how to guide doesn't match current UI. - very limited functionality. - you need to go to bank to update a mobile number! and as a NRB, they say I need someone from my family to go. Come on, this is 2019 and I need other person's help to do my banking job (doesn't matter who is that person)? what kind of world you live in? - Ir-responsive support This is a problem of hiring people by only one quality which is member of certain political group and a banking system without morality, professionalism and accountability. Please try some world class banks' softwares like Chase (in US). Internet & mobile banking introduced to add convenience for customers, allow banking 24/7 and reduce costs for organizations to provide such services.

The thing is user interface is not properly instructed. It's way too cluttered with unnecessary transitions and options. All in all it could have been better. UI is like 2 out of 10. It has nothing to do with banking experience tho. But it's more about the developers. It was up to them and they messed it up. Also it could have been better if added the below features: 1. 2 factor authorization (Google authenticator, microsoft authenticator etc) 2. NFC transactions
