    Fingerprint/Biometric login does not work on my app even though it is enabled in my account settings. When one clicks on the icon for biometric login, no option comes up for one to place their fingerprint. The developer should please fix. Other than this, the UI is now very good, thumbs up to the developers for this.

    You guys customer service is sooooo pooooor. No one to respond to your complaint. I have never seen anything like that. I really thank God I was able to get my money back. And since then, I have uninstalled the app and moved on. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

    Hello, I-INVEST! I cannot update my profile in your app. It's showing me error message after entering my details in all the fields and clicking on the submit button. And this means I cannot withdraw my money I just invested if my profile is not updated. Try look into this or contact your developer. Ordinary updating a profile is a problem. I'm sick and tired of this country. Nothing ever works. I didn't realize this before depositing my money. Else, I would have uninstalled the app.

    I'm not sure what's wrong but the app ain't working for me (android). Tried registering and it got to 'enter token' for verification but refused to load beyond that. I navigated back to the registeration page, probably to try and re-register, said i'm already registered. I tried logging in with same info for the registeration but it does not go through, keeps giving me 'getting your account'. Now I'm on the fence with my details on this app. I tried resetting the password-still not logging in.

    This platform has made tremendous improvements from its inception. I am ever willing to recommend it to anyone who wishes to save, as for the earning potential and direct investment into the bond market, I am not so sure about it. I hope the developers can improve the product offering but I recommend it gladly for the user friendliness.

    Great app, but for a number of flaws. Poor return on investment being one; the other issue being that if this app was made to make investing easier for the layman who might not be aware of any KYC requirements, it is only fair that these documents are requested for before making deposits. Allowing seamless deposits and then making the process of withdrawal look like you stole the money can be very annoying.

    Trying to sign up but the app requires careful scrolling if not it takes you back to the landing page and wipes out EVERYTHING you already typed. It's happened to me 3 times now. The second time I got as far as the token sent to my mail but when I entered it into the app, it didn't validate it no matter how many times I pressed the button. So I went back, started typing my info again only for me to scroll down and voila! Back to the landing page again! Bad UX can really mess good intentions ☹

    Hi, I was pretty comfortable using the previous app version until I got an update alert. I updated my app and now I can't log in. Initially, it didn't even accept my password, then later it did and instead of going to my dashboard, it went to a change password page and I've been trying repeatedly to change the password as requested but the proceed key just won't work! My money is stuck, my emails are not being responded to. I'm highly displeased.

However, you guys need to pay attention to what you are doing. - BVN is *565# not *556#, that is MTN recharge - Change to proper password entry, this is 2019, not six digits - set up proper forms for Date entry... and many more issues.     It looks like PLAIN OLD FIXED DEPOSIT .I am giving it a low rating because their adverts stated that it does treasury bills.I know treasury bills to be paid your interest forward while holding the initial capital.I have used the app for a week and there was no interest paid in advance but instead,there is a daily interest credited in your account while the full capital is with the Financial Traders. State the true objective of the app so that people will know what they are getting into.

I have been trying since 4 days now,to fund my wallet through my debit card, after generating the OTP and clicking authorization, it will keep booting until the app times out.     I have challenge using the app. It takes forever to log in and the investment security only appeared once after which I've been unable to view the list. Also, my already updated kyc and profile reversed and my data needs to be updated again. There is a lot of work to be done on the app for efficiency.

    Easy to install, register and use. But the products to invest in is limited. Will there be an update whenever there's an auction? Also, it's says 'treasury bills' but I feel I'm actually investing in a <=1yr maturity bond because the investment is not discounted. I pay full face value and accrue the interest.. Pls correct product description. Thanks

    Upon registration a code was sent, after entering the code, the validate button did not respond, I had tried multiple time but same thing, and I am doing this on one of the best phone on the market so this isn't a network or phone issue. Not a good first impression.

    Not user friendly. Your team needs to work on you app from the view of the user. I had to uninstall the app as I could not register because every time I try to go back to the app after getting the token code I will be compelled to start registration from the beginning. Not good at all

    This app is a breath of fresh air. Easy investment and better still they respond in time. I make bank transfers for my deposits and even on weekends within hours they credit my account. Kyc was seamless. The app is user friendly and whoever is on the other end is doing a fantastic job. Well done!!

    I left a bad review which I have deleted. It's only fair to leave one saying I was impressed by how they handled my password reset issue and they resolved it same day. The staff who attended to me was very nice and even called late at night to confirm whether my issue has been resolved. However, the number I finally used to get through to them was different from the one on the app and on their website. This should not be so. When they fix that I would increase my rating.

    A very simple app to navigate through. I have had nice experience funding my wallet and transfering my matured sum to my bank account. Termination of my running investement before was hitch free. Customer care reps so wonderful. Do keep up the good job.




    I updated my app and I hvnt been able to access my account. Customer care seem not to be responding at least via email and twitter. I'm not encouraged to continue investing on a platform without prompt customer service.

    downloaded successfully... I wish to write this because of the reviews I read here before I start registering... if I was able to invest successful without any difficulty... I don't think it should be difficult to get my money back as at the due time... however the policy of you guys saying to provide all sort of documents before I can get back my money should be out of it... you guys have my details why I was registering, why on earth do I need to provide my means of identification and utility.

    Anybody wanting to download this app needs to be warned. The don't give you your money back as easily as they took it. No requirements to fund wallet, but once you want to withdraw then they asking for all sorts of documents. Fraudulent. ...Please don't insult me with your condescension.     Very poor investment with low interest yielding instruments which is mainly on treasury bill while the stock exchange and Eurobond are yet to function. I don't think of continue in the investment. Better to find something else to invest my hard earned money on.

    I am an investor in diaspora on the platform and must say it was quite easy to set up and user friendly. I am however, a little nervous with the 1st review regarding the documentation required for liquidation. I'd like to know or be advised in time of the required documentation so when my investments mature and if I decide to liquidate or roll over, I will be prepared and not cauught unaware. Thanks

    from the little i know from treasury bill investment. if one wants to invest 100k for 365 days and the bank percentage is %10 the bank will not debit 100k from the person acc rather they will only debit 90k and leave you with 10k which is ur percentage (profit), after the maturity date the bank will pay you 100k. my problem here is that i dont understand this your daiy interest. my question is, will i-invest debit me with the 100k i make investment with?
