Camera quality itself is good but having to unscrew it from stand & undo all the wee screws on access door for batteries, sd card & reset is a pita! Picture quality is what you would expect at this resolution. Motion detection is not up to par. 80% of the time it starts in the middle of or just a second before its out of frame. There's allot of false alarms no matter what setting its on. Playback is frustrating to select what you want to see and when it does play, its not smoothe.

The cameras don't last. The cameras cameras came with dead batteries. They only lasted maybe a year after being able to use them with new purchased batteries The cameras are dead no way to make them work again

Camera no longer is able to pair in Android. Has not been able to pair for a long time on iPad. I think there is a collection of a lot of information and the new Android restrictions do not allow that.. So app can't be paired with i-Cam.

The camera is good with great image quality but the issues I have experienced are the detection does not work very well, no update for over a year and the lack of access to the SD card from the app is really not good. It also only capture detection sparingly between midnight and early morning despite setting the detection to high.

What happened to i-cam+ on playstore? Camrea is good but the software lets it down. TOO MANY false alarms..not enough fine tuning (like schedule, human detection, motion area, etc) cant download video. Cant add device manually. Please address this i would but more cameras if they worked better

Even though the detection setting is marked "high" on the registered video you'll see only the "middle snatch" of the whole scene. No possibility to view the sd card content or to share a video by e-mail or messaging app...

The camera powered by this app is great, and it came with good set-up instructions for the app. Basic functions work. Unfortunately i-cam rings using the phone ringtone and pops up over other apps every time the camera is triggered, even when notifications are off. This can be many times per day. Some users may want that, but I have found no way to disable this feature. My preference would be a status in the regular notification area.

I can get the viewings indoors but not out doors. Could this be a router problem or ill take any suggestions.

NEED HELP! Everything was working great until recently i am no longer able to see any of the cameras unless connected to a wifi network whereas before i could view on mobile network also?????

Used this app with a solar camera in a remote location, the set up and installation was originally done in AP mode which does work but the announcement when connection to my phone was not something I wanted so went for the Wifi mode. I connected the camera using mobile broadband. This was easy to set up and as long as the dongle has power and a signal the camera is working. I get the 20 free Cloud uploads per day which is great, I can get full replay for all events going back to whats on the SD/TF card. The card stores a huge ammount of files I took the card out and there were over 3000 videos.I am using about 2gb of data per month which works out at £7 on EE. I can see from the app the state of the batteries and if they are charging. This is a brilliant app but it would be good for me if I could have some interface that I can use on my laptop or PC.
