HPE MyRoom with Visual Remote Guidance (VRG) - Innovation for your remote customer service and training delivery.
HPE VRG connects most any mobile device / wearable (Android or iOS) securely to the enterprise through HPE MyRoom (SaaS Cloud). HPE MyRoom is a collaboration and e-learning platform used for one to one, one to many, or many to many engagement (since 1999).

Differentiators:
• 1:1, 1:many, and many to many sessions
• 256 AES encrypted from end to end; 1024 when proxied through MyRoom servers
• For support, the end user can join a “waiting room” with others waiting for support. Then the support agent can move them from the waiting room to a private room for 1 on 1 support
• Use one application for support, training delivery, and collaboration
• MyRoom desktop is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Mobile clients on Android or iOS
• Supports h.265 on devices with GPU encoding
