HORTUS - Superior booking management application for the accommodation business HORTUS is a specialized tool that helps accommodation units and brokers rent out rooms to manage their booking and check-out schedules in the most efficient way. Advantages: • Simple operation, easy. • User friendly interface. • Save memory space. • Timely sharing of reservation information helps avoid double booking. Salient features: Create and store systematically all the important details of a booking from the date of check in / check out, guest source ... guest notes and internal exchange between employees to track booking . The booking is presented on 2 main interfaces: • LISTING: Interface lists lists of booking, with basic filters and improving the efficiency in quickly finding a booking. • DASHBOARD: An intuitive interface for managing the availability of rooms with drag-and-drop operations to help create, change bookings, and arrange guests to enter rooms easily and quickly. In addition, the application also helps managers to track sales to record commissions and rewards for each of their management team.
