Homo Machina is a puzzle game inspired by the work of avant-garde scientist Fritz Kahn. Set off on a crazy journey to solve the surreal puzzles of Homo Machina and learn about the internal working of the human body, represented as a gigantic 1920s factory.

In this narrative puzzle, players are plunged into an ingenious system of nerves, vessels and valves. The aim is to help the body function correctly in about thirty steps or so throughout the entire day. Each scene breaks down daily acts, such as opening your eyes, chewing a toast or listening to music, through seamless navigation and intuitive gameplay.

Fritz Kahn, a pioneer of infographics and popular science, came up with easy to understand analogies to enable people to improve their understanding of the human body. By combining old school design with a contemporary influence, Homo Machina delights with its clever dialogue between the absent-minded director a the helm of the body-machine and Josiane, his diligent secretary, encouraging players to put task the armada of workers to get the incredible factory up and running. 

After Californium, Homo Machina is the new video game created by Darjeeling production. It was published and co-produced by ARTE, European culture digital and TV Channel, and Feierabend.

    Brilliant!! This was absolutely brilliant!! So utterly original the human body as a machine you must figure out how to properly operate basic functions. the puzzles can be a challenge to figure out where to start but it's simple enough if you just really think about what you are looking at and don't be afraid to make mistakes. I love this game. It's is relatively short, and so I truly hope there will be a follow-up!!!

    Very leniar story driven game. I can't say it's educational, nor can I say it's for children because it involves dating, and the internal body parts don't match with reality. I don't think kindergarteners would understand it. I didn't at that age. I could barely understand divorce. Graphics are nice. It's reminiscent of Fallout, takes awhile in certain areas trying to figure out what to do next, but overall good game, with no replay value.

    The game has a great art style but it's horrible in conveying what needs to be done to complete the puzzle. The same could be said for controlling the damn puzzle. I know I have fat fingers, but I've missed a lot of timed button presses in this game then any other games I've bought.

    I've been waiting for the update and the price for a year, Great game I'll keep it,, plays well i tryed it I like it, I like one time purchases, and games that work offline,,I myself and others are very cautious and upset with recent google updates, caused every app I bought to be gone off google, I bought 33games from one guy at 10 a piece, and he's not selling them no more gone, if you don't back up your apk, sol, keep your game here alive forever its great, I recommend 1000% at full price

    This game was a surreal blast to play, and was very educational. The level of learning is similar to kindergarten/elementary level, but is fun for all with a sense of imagination. The game is very overpriced however, especially considering how ridiculously short it is. I would recommend it, but maybe only if the price comes down.

    I'm only 10 minutes into this game but it's absolutely worth the cost of admission. The theme is fantastic, the artwork is wonderful, and the music really sets the mood. All three elements really play together quite nicely. Highly recommend this game!

    "Charming is the word I kept coming back to as I fired up my senses and identified breakfast. Besides the presence of two particular nits that needed picking, I absolutely ADORED this little app. Kudos to the artists and sound designers who worked on this, particularly the heart section. Short, sweet, and had me smiling at the end. The nits: 1. I missed the first lines of several story beats because multiple taps of a puzzle skipped right past them. 2. The nerve puzzle went on too long.

    Neat concept and graphics, but underwhelmed from what is lacking & 'left to be desired'. The 'game' is rather simplistic, has ZERO "play independence" (to roam/discover/interact)- strictly storyline adherence (overloaded with dialogue) which makes it feel as though you aren't 'playing' anything- just following along a path connecting dot a to dot b and so on until you reach the end- which happens MUCH earlier than what could/should be expected for the 3$ it costs. IMHO, it is not worth the $

    Great experience in a short time. Puts a point across that art turned into games don't need to be long. Found a bug in the nervous system area that wouldn't allow you to close a failed attempt thus making you restart that area.
