Login with your username and password. - Fully registered and approved visitors will be able to choose the facility and add inmate. - See available funds, add funds or transfer funds. - Add, update or change credit/debit information. - Only pay for the minutes you use. No plans or packages. - Once logged in, the inmate will see you are available and can initiated a phone call, video call or message (*If allowed by facility). - Visitor will receive notification once inmate is logged in. - Easily schedule onsite visits (*If allowed by facility). - No scheduling required for remote video visitations. My experience with this app is even with complete Wi-Fi or complete data signal and a complete Network connections on the app our conversations are choppy and they cut in and out. Recently I can't even answer the calls it acts like it's going to answer and then it goes to just a white screen and nothing happens. I don't understand why it doesn't work anymore.

Its alright but most of the time i dont get my calls. It takes awhile for it to connect for the video calls. While its connecting the time is running and we lose time and cant get it back so i'm losing alot if money on here. Most times i can barely hear the party on the other end. It's a horrible experience. Calls are being dropped also so i dont know if the guards are doing it purposely or if they are just dropping.

I love the app don't get me wrong. I enjoy being able to stay connected with my husband. On the other side it freezes up and sometimes when I answer the screen is black. Therefore I'm unable to see him but meanwhile my money is depleting. Also, it's very expensive. When they say love don't cost a thang in this case is cost a lot.

Needs to figure out the whole connection thing. Works with no issue on my laptop. But the minute I go through the app on my phone I can't get a call to complete. It's like the app on phone is delayed. Please homewav fix the app issues. This is how they get through their time, Being able to call and see their family.

When you finally get connected, the video will freeze up or the call will drop. I realize this may happen because of the location (internet availability). However, because this service is provided to facilities with landlines, this should not happen.

I cannot hear the inmate while in a video chat but hear static instead; yet the video messages we send back and forth to one another are clear. I don't know what interfers with our phone calls but it wasn't like this for us in november, also, my phone service has had excellent service. Please help fix this issue, I really appreciated being able to see and hear him clearly. Hopefully I can give feedback again after this is fixed because then I might say this app is as good as anyon could ask for.

It's nice when it functions correctly. Sometimes their online but you can't get through or it cuts out and then they can't get through again. ) Lately the video plays and you cant see or hear them so like Ashley said, your money is diminishing cause of numerous attempts to communicate. I figured by 2021 things wouldve improved.

App works perfectly for me. I'm very happy to be able to see my loved one so easily. The video quality is great, the audio is good as well, though it is just slightly behind the video at times but it's not a big deal. The approval process was a bit of a pain - they need perfectly clear pictures and it took about a week to finally be able to use the service, but they are not asking for anything unreasonable.

I love the fact you can visit your loved one anytime! I do agree with others that there is an issue with connection at times and you lose money. My experience is when I bring it up to customer service, they tell me it's my phone and will not reimburse me for time/money lost.

Good idea but needs major work as app is slow, prone 2 glitches & faulty. We lose $ daily as hubby tries 2 video call & 4 1 reason or another, connection isnt good yet time still counts down as if we're successfully video chatting. 1st x this happened I attempted 2 request a refund of $ Id lost due 2 many unsuccessful attempts but u have 2 pay a $7.50 fee 4 processing 2 even request 1. So if ur owed less than $7.50 ur SOL. Entire app needs a complete revamp. PLZ LISTEN!!!!!
