bad experience, I ordered a bed and selected the delivery date, the day before I was called by someone telling me that I will be delivered the day after at 14:00, but no body showed up and didn't receive any call to get an explanation or the next date for delivery, I called the number that called me but no answer, I called all home center branches but no answer. the app is great and easy to use, but there is no proper support behind it

I had real bad experience order ling from homecentre online. Even though order planned for deliver after 15 days..still keep moving delivery days from 04 aug to 17 aug and again back to 04 aug. they want you to be home at exact time, if not, you will have worst nightmare. You keep contacting their customer support, no response or no info available with chat, call or email support folks. You send info by email or chat, they don't record info and act without understanding customer need. Confused:(

Delivery employees are very rude and don't have any problems arguing with you. They want to leave the location without assembling the item correctly. I would stay away from homecenter

Very bad, we placed one order they deliver half and the remining are out of stok. After a mont follow ups they didnot refund the itmes which were not delivered. Waste of time and money

1 of the worst online experience i have ever had.. i ordered available items..they delivered half and without even notifying me and when i call to complain they hang up on my face.. complained to a manager he ignored and nothing happened.. never thought such a place can be that bad.

I had the worst experience ever ordering online from Home Centre! They said that the expected delivery is on 11/11 but I didn't receive the order up till now!! I called their customer service twice but unfortunately they were not helpful at all!! This is definitely the last time to order from them. Home box is way better!

Quality of products is good but very poor service support. It took more than 5 months to attend my complaint. Even after waiting for such a long time, i didn't get any solution...and we need to spare so many times for call reminders and follow ups.

It was and still very bad experience.....I replaced an order online....I paid the total amount ..... it was supposed to receive the order since 21st Sep 2021... But nothing received yet .... I tried several times to: 1) send emails, but home center not reply 2) call customer care for several times and only twice replied with promising to return back but no response 3) send several messages through live chat , only one time answered me, today 3 of Oct answered by rescheduled my order to 9 of Oct
