Hogan Pick 2 HPI

Hogan Pick 2 HPI allows you to easily interpret the high or low score implications of any two HPI scores by tapping LOW or HIGH for any two HPI scales. The INTERPRETATION panel will display behaviors you can expect from someone with similar HPI score combinations.

The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) describes normal, or bright-side personality – qualities that describe how we relate to others when we are at our best.

Hogan Pick 2 HPI is an ideal resource for Hogan Certification Workshop leaders and participants, as well as anyone wanting to learn more about HPI scales and how they interact.

Please note that while Hogan Pick 2 HPI provides interpretive information regarding two HPI scales in isolation, Hogan recommends that users also consider broader interpretive patterns across all HPI scales to ensure meaningful and accurate interpretation.
