Introduction to the plan
The "Free Life Self-Learning Program" (CBMP) was initiated by the Women’s Affairs Commission and co-organized by the Li Ka Shing Institute of Professional and Continuing Education (OUHK LiPACE) and Metro Radio. The learning ability helps them cultivate their thirst for knowledge, develop their personal potential, affirm themselves, face different challenges with a positive attitude, and thus create a more exciting life. This program provides dozens of specially compiled radio broadcasts, face-to-face and online courses covering different fields. NGOs in various districts participate in co-organization arrangements, so that women and interested parties in Hong Kong can choose to read them freely.
