A bit confusing and a bit behind on the times. The app doesn't respond just like Alexa poor in workmanship software needs quite a bit of work as far as understanding the AI advantage. It just has a lot of bugs and a lot of work to be done when it comes to the artificial intelligence learning what we are trying to say to it because at this point unsatisfactory performance so Alexa you failed.

It's only getting one star because the music sounds good in it but after I reset my Wi-Fi at home I was never able to get it into setup mode again it's like the buttons just wouldn't respond I tried resetting it it wouldn't reset cuz usually would say hello when it resets it doesn't do that it doesn't let you go into Bluetooth mode it doesn't let you go into setup mode I downloaded the app I deleted it I reset the app I deleted everything and nothing's working I've never had so many problems.

Difficult to set up and doesn't provide the full range of languages available from Alexa. Cannot adjust Alexa voice so music is loud but the voice is painfully quiet and impossible to adjust.

Allure speaker is great if only it could connect to internet. Its a shame that every week I have to open this app to reconnect allure to the wifi modem which sits beside it. Make 30 attempts and wasted hours trying to get reconnection. What's more amazing how harman k is such a great company but seem no response to any of the feedback left here or anyfix. No troubleshooting in app, no way to bypass update which may be the issue. When it does works it says unconnected even though internet works.

this device was given to me free from sprint. Now i know why. This is a piece of (****). good luck connecting your device to this thing. What a useless app! It says its connected but alas it is no able to fully. I tried to give it back to sprint and they wouldnt take it. In order to make this work you have to have the device plugged in at all times. Not exactly portable.

Love the speaker. For the size it produces great sound, enough to fill a large room. As far as the app goes, it's not feature-packed, it's only for setup. And I didn't have any issues setting up. Setup and firmware update was a breeze using this app. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Might have been an issue with an earlier version which seems to have been fixed

I tried ten times to get this app to connect to two different astra speakers on my Android device and I had to turn to my iPad because the android setup app would not get past connecting to the internet and kept saying "connection failed". if you're reading this and you have an Apple product use it instead, the app works fine on their products. Love my androids but it failed me on this one.

Constantly loses it wifi signal while nothing else in the house does , sound goes garbled for no reason . I took the first one back thinking it was a dud but it wasn't this is just cheap junk with a Harmon Kardon sticker on it. I will be taking this one back for a refund , I have a few pieces of stereo equipment made by HK and they are awesome this is not what I expect from HK , for shame for selling such a low grade piece of equipment.

Cannot connect my Astra speaker. It finds the speaker and says it needs an update. (Which you cannot bypass!) Then it gets to 91 % and says that it failed. I have reset my internet, factory reset my speaker, deleted and reinstalled the app on 3 different devices. (Two Galaxy 9s, and the Tab s4). I even called their support and they cannot help except to reset the speaker,

Just look the reviews. Have spent the past 4 hours trying to get this to update. Gets to 99%, hangs and then says "update failed please try again". Absolute garbage. I've tried resetting, factory resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling the app,...nothing. A complete waste of time. Only consolation is this was a free Best Buy giveaway included with the purchase of something (that actually works.) Harmon Kardon used to have a rep as a higher end provider. Not anymore I guess.
