Credit to Makkah.org - Slide next and previous months - It shows Islamic Events date - Countdown to the nearest Islamic Events (will be updated from time to time. *Date from hijri calendar is an estimation, for Muslim holidays it depends on your local announcement on Ru'yatul Hilal. 2) 40 Hadith Collections from Imam Nawawi - slide from right to read 40 Hadiths is one of the most important collections of hadiths we have today. Imam al Nawawi actually compiled a total of 42 hadiths for this collection, not 40. He was one of the greatest scholars of Islam and lived from 631 A.H. to 676 A.H, passing away at the age of 45. Allah (swt) granted him blessing and success in his work so that he could make great contributions to Islam before passing away at a relatively young age. 3) 40 Hadith Qudsi It is a sub-category of hadith which some Muslims regard as the words of God (Arabic: Allah). According to as-Sayyid ash-Sharif al-Jurjani, the hadith qudsi differ from the Quran in that the former are "expressed in Muhammad's words", whereas the latter are the "direct words of God".
