With the app, Pharma organisations’ sales teams use tablet based content to engage their customers. Interactive and compelling eDetailing content on Microsoft Surface tablets enhances face-to-face experiences. By integrating directly with existing email functionalities, sales teams can extend face-to face calls and drive continuity in communications. With every tap and interaction tracked in our proprietary analytics, customers can prioritise matters and adjust their communications accordingly. Heartbeat™ is used in conjunction with other platforms to test early CLM campaign concepts and prototypes. Customers are able to publish content to the Heartbeat™ App, test in customer research groups or with sales teams before refining and improving the creative.
