HarcApp is an application designed to help fundraising, bring the spirit of scouting closer, inspire you to better activities, and help share knowledge, techniques and skills. He will tell you how to sing a song in any key, answer all questions from the Laws and Promises, methods and methodologists, history of scouting, degrees, skills, functions, structures, will help to encode the message, outline each patrol sign, prepare food for a camping according to the scouting regulations kitchen. Waking!
