Used to be a great app. Now does nothing, collects no rewards, but still installed so who knows if it's still using my data š¤·š¼āāļø Received multiple vouchers when it was working, but no smiles received in months. Was told a new study would start in July but it's now September and nothing has restarted. Starting to feel like a waste of time.

I have cashed out 2 rewards on the 7,8th of this month and nothing I emailed them and they said there waiting for more rewards to stock up and then everyone will get there email link but from all the reviews I have been reading seems like there doing the same to everyone and even some of them there saying it shows in there system that they have already been paid! If they can't pay people for what the app is sapost to do then why is it even on the app store. Something isn't right.

It was great at first but this last time that I tried to redeem my reward, nothing! I've emailed them twice & both responses were to tell me they are waiting for more rewards. That was 2 weeks ago! I emailed for a 3rd time and have yet to receive an answer. Also, I'm not getting any surveys or "smiles" from any activity.

EDIT: received my voucher the day after changing my review. Happy to change back to 5 stars if the app starts working again! Worked for the first voucher from 500 pnts then, after saving Ā£20 of points, been trying to exchange for a Ā£20 voucher, it's not happening. My points (smiles) have frozen at 406 for the last 3 weeks. I've sent emails and contacted support, but got no reply. So changing from 5 stars to 1 star. If support get back to me and sort it out, I'll change back to 5 stars.

They have been very good at paying the rewards upto two weeks ago and was told my voucher reward would be sent that week, it wasn't I emailed to be told I'll get them this week again nothing.. I have emailed today and been told they are waiting on funds to be paid and to wait 10 working days. š. Find it all odd running a business on no funds not good, considering they have all our information. Let's see if I'm paid in the next ten days and personally they should of sent an email to everyone.

Have to agree with the other 1-star reviews. Seemed good at first - quickly got enough points to redeem Ā£10 reward. Took 3 days for the reward link to come through despite them telling me they're usually sent within 1 hour. Redeemed my second reward 2 weeks ago and still not received anything. Customer service said the link would be sent last week but nothing received. Now the app has stopped giving me any points at all. Iām giving you access to a lot a data, you should at least be paying me for it as expected!

I requested 2 gift cards like a month ago. My first email to support was responded saying they expected to send rewards in a few days. My second email was just ignored. I can see I am not the only person in this situation. UPDATE: I am improving my rating as I received my cards after some wait. It was easy money nyt the app clashes too often

great in the beginning, payouts received very quickly. requested a Ā£10 amazon voucher on 17 june, and it hasnt been sent. support told me to wait upto 5 working days and it has now been almost a month

I don't know what's happened - it started out great, I made Ā£25 in about 2 weeks but how suddenly I'm not passively earning smiles and I don't get any surveys. No email or anything either to say why it's stopped.

I installed this app in May and received $5 every week until the happi program ended in June. Emailed them and they stated a new program would start in July and it's now August and still no programs or surveys. Would be a 5 star app if I receive anymore programs.
