The app is extremely unfriendly. Firstly, it requires me to login twice every time I use it. Secondly, if the payment fails for whatever reason, they ban you and send an invoice that you need to pay by wire transfer. This obviously takes days.

Impossible to cancel fixparken and start a new one in a new Position. And why can't the app just log in automatically?

Useful app with some inconveniences: The app makes it easy to buy a parking ticket for public parking spaces in Munich. What really annoys: if an update is available that you have not installed yet, you can not use the app any more until you installed the update. For people who do not speak German, unfortunately there is no content in English. You need to wait until the app found your location. It would be easier if I could directly input the street name/ streetaddress where I parked the car.

Super practical, you don't need to have spare change in your wallet or car or look wher is the automat thing to get the ticket, and you pay for exactly the time you park. Sometimes you thing you will need one hour to do something and after 30 minutes you are done, that's what you pay and if you need longer, the same. it takes a bit to set up but once done it's just 2 clicks and that's it. I was skeptical but is a really good idea.

Terrible payment service. It charged my Kredit card a near 20 euro each 1 euro payments and it was not going to stop! . I had to rush to block my credit card. 2 months now after calling, emailing no response. Second problem the app crashes, stops and if you forget to close flex park, again, it charges ridiculous amounts of money.
