HABITat: DIY Enlightenment

PURPOSE Enkr8ia develops practical tools for people who sincerely want personal change but find themselves stuck and unable to progress. Whether your goal is alcohol control, weight loss or even Nirvana. It's the same issue that gets you stuck in a vicious circle, but importantly, it's the same timeless solution that can liberate you. We get stuck when we’re trapped in a vicious circle caused by contradicting beliefs. Inner conflict results when we fear the solution more than we hate the problem. Consciously we want change, subconsciously we resist. The answers you're seeking can only be found within - but what does that even mean? And how do you do it? Our tools make self-enquiry practical rather than mystical. The Way isn’t another map, or a path. It’s a quality. A quality of seeking to understand, through expanding your awareness; of your actions, your thoughts and your feelings. Liberating you to get on with life free from your minds limiting influence. APPROACH Our approach reboots the timeless wisdom of enlightenment - but without the spiritual & religious trappings. Spiritual enlightenment is the original self-help. The Enlightenment Method© is a straightforward process for cultivating inner change with self-awareness. DIY Enlightenment app turns this process into action. Change depends on us developing our own insight and understanding through personal experience. Books, experts, support groups can only take us so far, ultimately we must complete the journey alone. FEATURES (1) Goal awareness. Having a goal provides a focal point for your Attention and your motivation. However it also provides the potential for a vicious circle when trapped between your conscious desire for change and a deeper level fear of change. Explore your goal to understand what you desire and how your Identity is entangled in it. Explore your goal to understand the kernel of fear at its core. It’s this fear that is the obstacle. (2) Track progress. Track your daily progress of cultivating Awareness. We don’t need one wake-up call in life, change is rarely an epiphany or revelation, we need multiple wake-up calls everyday. More & more until we actually break through the surface of our ignorance. Keep yourself accountable. (3) Personal (AI) Guide Cultivating Awareness doesn't need a guru, teacher or Master to show you how. A guide is all you need to keep refocusing your attention inwards. Check-In every day to cultivate & expand your conscious awareness. Your AI guide lives in the cloud, it is always available and keeps getting wiser. (4) Safe environment Finding who you really are is simply the process of removing who you are not. Self-enquiry needs a place where you can be vulnerable to your fears, flaws & imperfections.
