Gurugaman GMCBL has brought out an updated, lighter version of the Gurugaman App. New “Trip Planner” feature helps to find the nearest bus stop to your chosen start point and destination, gives details of the bus route, travel time, fare, interchange points and walking involved between the two stops. Do install and share your feedback/suggestions that we could incorporate in the app. The application has the following features: ∙ Weather: Gives weather information of the city, at that time. . Pollution Index: Gives reading of current pollution index, in the city. . Occupancy Display: Gives tentative seat availability of the bus running on a route at a bus stop. ∙ Route Details: Shows the bus stops on the route and on clicking the bus stop, shows the ETA and tentative occupancy of the bus on that stop. ∙ Track location of a bus: Shows the real time location of the buses plying on the route on the map. ∙ Metro: Shows the metro network and help you to plan your trip using the Metro network, in case you are travelling to Delhi. In future the Application would, also add the “Trip Planner” to help you plan the trip from a designated “Source” to a “Destination”, using the routes operated by Gurugaman. Most of the times it shows wrong location of the bus, idk weather its the bug in the aap pp or the fault of the gps of the bus. Please fix it ASAP.

Buses are good but drivers are not trained enough. Extensive training should be imparted to drivers. In app the live status bus should be shown. In case i want to check how much required to get bus for a particular place from a particular bus stop should be shown, like in metro we can check when the next metro will come in 2 minutes 5 minutes the same system should be adopted here.

I recently started using this bus service and I would say that after rapid metro , city found a new service which changed definition of public trasnport. Buses are neat and clean and most valuable, buses are on time except some rare scenario. Introduction of smart card in buses has made experience which I never felt. App is also good and very helpful to track nearest bus. Going forward I would like to suggest a fuctionality of smart card recharge from app itself via paytm, google pay etc.

Although initiative is good gps of buses needs to be worked hard upon so as people have faith on public transport and manage their travel plan accordingly , secondly I have noticed on every route there are few stops which are covered during up route but not during down or vice versa, this creates a confusion for general public , also total route time taken should be taken in consideration especially for key stops like metro, office points etc. rather than making route large to cover maximum unnecessary points. There are still lots of bug remains in it.. the very 1st things is its take more ram space . 2nd its hang many times. 3rd pop up msg kept paused on screen even app closed or you use booster to remove its. 4th search panel is not convinced for new passage. 5th GPS is on in handset but apps says gps is disabled.

One improvement is needed. Bus arrival time is 9:20 approx as per app. When I open app at 9 it's show arriving in 1 min. I lose the bus. If bus arrive early than given time there should be some kind of alert. The next bus is at 10. Any solution for this

i liked AQI data for awareness purpose.. I will not go hard but following things 1) GPS location not available error 2) Rapid Metro stations route being shown in reverse order 3) Many GURUGRAMERS even don't know the existence of bus service and it's route. Hoping for the best.
