GTUK MyCard

Welcome to your brand new GTUK MyCard app. The app provides you with the following services/functions in a convenient and secure way.
• Check your card balance
• View latest transactions listed chronologically
• Retrieve your debit card PIN
• Activate your debit card
• Put a temporary block on your card
• Block online transactions
• Mail Order/Telephone Order Block
• Regional Block

App Activation
Once you have successfully installed the app, please follow the step-by-step process below:
1) Aceept Terms & Conditions
2) Enter your date of birth
3) Enter your mobile phone number registered with the bank. (The default country code on the mobile banking screen is +44. Please change it to your respective country code if other than the UK)
4) If the date of birth and mobile phone number provided by you is correct, the App will launch the Reference Verification screen, where you will be presented with a two letter code.
5) Call the number on the screen and provide the code to GTBank UK’s customer service agent for verification.
6) Once the code is successfully verified, you will receive an eight-digit activation code on your phone. Enter the code in the app for successful activation.
7) As the last step, the app will ask you to set a four-digit personal code of your choice. If your phone has the feature/capability, the App will ask you to set Face ID/Touch ID as one of the options to log in to the App.
