*IMPORTANT*
If you cannot login with your PSN ID, please log in with your USER NUMBER. To get this number, log in to official Gran Turismo site, go to your profile page and look at the page URL. There you will see a 7-8 digit number after user/profile/NUMBER. Enter that in the PSN ID field and you should be fine.
