ESS allows employees to take care of many different human resources-related and job-related tasks that would otherwise need to be completed by human resources personnel or management. ESS Mobile APP is a part of the ERP software that all of your employees have access to, not just HR professionals. Employees can access their pay slips, benefits information, & apply leaves, loans, HR general services, Overtime & BTR requests – through approval which needed depends on request type.
