GoTemp Pro (formerly DS Solutions) provides service technicians with faster, smarter, and more powerful tools for troubleshooting and servicing Commercial and Residential product lines across all brands, including Bosch, Champion, Coleman, Evcon, Fraser-Johnston, Guardian, Johnson Controls, Kenmore, Luxaire, TempMaster, and York.
Access information easily by scanning the QR label on the rating plate or entering the unit’s serial number. Whether on or off the job site, technicians save time with features like:
• Product information (nomenclature, fault codes, parts list, controls information)
• Literature (technical guide, installation manual, wiring diagrams, performance reports)
• Warranty (product registration, enter warranty claims, purchasing extended warranty)
• Bluetooth connectivity for Commercial equipment
• Report product issues (Quality issue, concealed damage and shipping damage)
• Tech calculators (RDS, superheat/subcool, temp vs resistance, splits piping configurator)
• Training material
