It feels like navigating an unresponsive website rather than a didicated app. And the amount of ads are crippling the user experience and there is no way to pay for a ad-less version. Also connections are lost on a regular basis.I really wish this app would get the developer love it desperately needs because I think there are a lot of people that would pay for a decent version.

Continued problems paying for idem's. communicating with customer support through emails does no good at all. My CC told Goodwill my CC was declined. Called CC company they stated (request came through, but no money amount was on request. So CC company unable to pay. Goodwill said if it happens again let us know. Problem continues to be an issue I've written several more customer support emails each time with each different location they say if this happens again let us know. Problem continues.

It works. I'm not sure why the remaining auction time for the watched items isn't shown, because it's pointless to click into each one. The timers on the auctions also doesn't update in real time, so you have to go back and click into the item again, which shaves off time. It would also be nice to get notifications for watched items and when the bidding is close to ending.

Not all it's cracked up to be. First of all the app itself is extremely slow tap a button wait 5 minutes then you get to move on. Also communication between customer and the store is nearly non-existent it's hard to get messages back and forth. Let's talk about how you overcharged for shipping so I guess your pocketing that. Let's also talk about the fact that all your stuff is donated to you but you're charging near retail price for it. This isn't just one particular store I think it's become r

I purchased a zippo lighter for $9.99 after a $13.00 delivery fee and a $4.00 handling fee it was just under $30.00. I know you can check all that before purchasing so it's partly my fault, but i never dreamed I'd end up paying 3x's the actual price especially when you consider these items have been donated. I sell stuff online all the time I know shipping doesn't cost that much and $4.00 handling fee... come on

The app is ok this review is more for the experience. If you expect this to be anything like eBay you're in for a shock. Photos are horrible quality and many inaccurate descriptions. a few bordering on fraudulent. The thing that upsets me most is virtually none of the stores care about shipping. They use the slowest most expensive method because you pay for it. Buyers calculate the cost on final price. ex. 1"x1" silver box 0.5 oz $13 s&h. It's insane. They wouldn't last 1 week on ebay.

Glitch needs repair When I click on Auctions in Progress, for just a second, the results display just as they would on the pc (end date, bid status, ect). Then, it flashes only to the first three columns of item info. In order to get the detailed info (above) that you would get on a pc, you have to click into items individually. This makes the app less desirable to use. Please fix this! I have a Samsung Galaxy Fold, gen 1.

love the idea however goodwill as i expected,. has to take advantage of the consumer. All auctions start too high,. then add a 'handling fee',. then overcharge shipping cost. 1 ring which i may pay 5.00 for,. am charged 3.00 handling,. then charged 9.00 shipping. this item is less then 5 oz,. can be shipped usps for 3.18. Handling? Item was donated, and im helping u by buying it. How is it fair yo charge me 17.00 on ring that cost you nothing. Buyer Beware....
