We or your company sponsor will contact you, answer any questions you might have and confirm the information we received. Once the online information is completed in the App, a Good Guys Member will let you know if we need any additional information. We will verify all information and setup a time to meet in person to confirm the final details.

Once confirmed and partnered with Good Guys we will provide training on our systems and processes. During the training, we will cover everything to be successful and introduce the various resources we provide to you as a partner.

Qualifications Required to be Accepted

Approval from your company sponsor

-  Willingness to adapt to a new work experience  
-  A minimum of 5 years’ experience in your field
-  Required tools to be used for your trade- must be in good working order
-  Three references from other technicians, managers or supply houses
-  Clean background check
-  Good driving history
-  Appropriate qualifications based on your trade. This varies from locality to locality.
-  Reliable transportation whether an approved work van or truck. If you do not currently have a work van or truck, we do have vehicle options we can offer.
