1) The incentive is very attractive but hard to hit, cos calls came in very slowly (even during peak hours). 2) Passenger cancellation rate is very high, I ever encountered 3 consecutive cancellations at one go. 3) Passenger didn't show up for more then 5 mins at Velocity pick up point, no waiting allow so I had to make a turn back, calling n msg still couldn't get her, so I had to cancel n I got the penalty. * Hope GO JEK could consider our feedback and to improve on this aspect.

Dear Gojek, I've joined you with great expectations and so far the driver app is a big disappointment. The most obvious flaws: 1.Long list of software bugs affecting incentives payout. 2.Unable to go offline while on a ride. 3.The app is not updating the driver location in real time while on the way to pickup rider. 4.Unable to notify the rider that driver has reached the pickup point. Please rectify these flaws asap as it's causing lot of trouble to the drivers as well as passengers. Thanks

The removal of 0.5 pts for trips 10 km & above is a big blow to drivers. Soon they ll remove the 0.5 pts to & fro airport. Calls are slow. Sometimes one hour one order! No calls at all in City area. Pick up location is far... 3 km to 6 km. Passenger cancel at liberty. I ve to work till 10 + pm (starts from 6 + am) just to hit 30 pts to earn a "comfortable" amount cos fares is dirt cheap! 3 MONTHS ALREADY...APP IS STILL VERY BUGGY! KEEP GIVING FEEDBACK BUT STILL THE SAME. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED.

After the upgrade to version 1.1 there Is improvement but still slow n not responsive . looking forward to more... hopefully there will be shorter distance for pick up (with in 2.5km) then now is 4 to 5 km some time even 10km away. more optional for driver cancellation . rather then passenger cancelled as they wish. unfair apps to driver. Fare too low in terms of driver cost.

Hiding behind your beta phase and never solving real bugs when reported. Your app actually gets more than 2-3 orders at the same time during peak hours, and only 1 will appear and drivers get phantom ignored trip affecting their performance. I have reported this bug more than 10 times over the past 1+ year, but no attempts were made to solve it. Doubt you give a damn anyway. Enjoy your 1 star rating.

1. Distance pickup can be too far experienced a 6km pickup 12mins to arrive. 2 due to the current cancellation policy, .Drivers get penalized on performance when riders cancel trips with one of the reasons. 3. Drivers cannot cancel trips when riders have kids below 1.3. Forced to take and encouraged go jek drivers to break the law. Own driver cancellation affect the performanc. and hard to call CS hotline for cancellation as hotline is busy. 4. No offline button avail during trip

Hi Team GoJek, this morning I got a flat tyre after drop-off a rider and I discovered the following App issues, (1) during high volume time block, the driver who selected AUTOBID given NO CHANCE to go for the PAUSE button at all...(2) and if the same driver go for the CANCEL button such as "car broke down", booking requests would still continue flowing in...(3) yet the same driver would be PENALISED with poor CR which is beyond the driver's help. Could Team GoJek fix these issues soon. Thanks

I'm impressed with your app. Given it as ver 1.1 and in beta for less than 2 months. One of the many complaints is pick up distance. I received a booking last week during peak hour at 6.30pm to pick up at West Coast Way from Nee Ann Poly, driving distance was 8 km. I understand you're fine tuning your programs, but your competitor is awarding drivers with cash compensation for pick up distance more than 3 km. Hope you'll do the same, to sooth us drivers and buy time for yourself. Thank you.

Horrible app, horrible fares. Stay away. Fares so cheap it is more like giving your passengers a free ride, not going to cover your daily costs and your efforts. Horrible app that you can't press some of the buttons in the app, there's no response at all, probably can work only in year 2099. Those thinking about incentives from them, forget it because they can cancel them without notice, ton of conditions to fulfil, meet customer ratings and performance levels.

The new updated version cannot allow the drivers to choose the GPS navigation. You should understand that not every drivers like to use Google maps. Majority of them still prefer WAZE. The consequence is that they will choose other "app" to drive . Kindly consider to reverse back. Thanks.
