Fixed permissions for Android 13 (API 33)
Description
This is the official Android application for the GoBack™ Bluetooth pet medals. GoBack medals are Bluetooth devices that individual owners or professional veterinarians can attach to pets to help identify and locate them.

GoBack users portal and online database : https://portal.goback.eu/
The app for Android phone and tablets provides the following functionalities :
• Activate and register new medals, and assign them to pets
• Write information such as the pet owner's name, phone number & address in the medal's memory
• Read medal id and tag id more conveniently by scanning QRcode and barcode to activate a new medal in only two simple steps
• Scan for nearby medals, get alerts when medals are ranging in, along with proximity estimation based on signal strength and mark the medal location on the map
• Show newly detected medal's status (if the medal has been registered with the online database)
• Contact medal carrier's owner with the integrated messaging utility
• Register any QRcode-bearing medal in the online database, even if it is not a GoBack medal
• Search for any medal in the online database by scanning its QRcode (also works with medals other than GoBack medals)
