Great when it works. As of today (October 3, 2021) it stays stuck on the "preparing" screen so I cannot change settings. Unfortunately it also randomly turned off the auto spin feature so it only tells me a stop is there but won't spin it. The auto spin is the whole reason I bought the device this app controls. That's a huge waste of money if they don't fix it fast.

The constant pairing request everytime you connect, and when it auto disconnects, which is about every 20 to 30 minutes, is a real pain. It has a mind of its own sometimes, and sometimes the screen will just be blank and completely non-responsive. Sometimes it'll just change settings because when you press up against the face for a few seconds by accident, it can disable a feature that you actually want. I don't know why there's no way to lock the settings being that it's a touch screen watch?

This app is boring and the watch is ok when it works and it was fun feeling it vibrate when catching everything but otherwise the got-cha watch is junk. Both i had are weird, they play for awhile then black out and it was hard to get them to play again. The instructions are horrible and No customer service for help. I'm on my second one and my second ones battery died a few month later and theirs no way to replace it. Not worth the 50 bucks, more like 10 bucks.

Normally an app with solid functionality, currently every launch is stuck "preparing." Ive unpaired /uninstalled/ redone everything, cleared cache/data, chkd app permissions & system settings so it isn't prevented from running or launching with 0 success. Worse, bc this app randomly resets your switches, I currently can't re-enable pokestops. Worse still, that means the Gotcha gets "stuck" once it has caught the nearby mon and then won't do anything else bc it can't spin the stop. >:(

Glitchy and prone to connection issues. The app settings constantly change of their own accord, it frequently gets stuck pairing or connecting. Lately it simply says 'Preparing...' and never changes, it has become unusable with whatever the most recent change was. When it actually connected and worked, it worked reasonably well.

Love the device, the app is meh. Wish they would really upgrade the app. It doesn't connect easy enough. The app could be way, way better. Today the app isn't getting past the loading screen. Actually came here expecting a new version to download

Love that it catches and spins and works well when it works. I have had to replace several after a week or 2 because it would just stop. I know was fully charged but then stops and won't turn on or charge Also hate that it will change setting on own so always have to check them.

The evolve worked fine out of the box with all options. Now with the latest update it has lost the ability to connect to the app and has lost the time feature.UPDATE. had to disconnect the watch from the phone and forget the connection to get it to connect and regain clock function.

App doesn't load, it just stays on "Preparing...". Wouldn't be as big of a deal if the app didn't randomly change your chosen settings, so now auto catch and auto spin are turned off and I have no way of changing that until the useless app is fixed

Literally have'nt had the watch for more than 48 hours and the screen stop working! The thing worked nicely for the time I had it but come on! $50 wasted at least thats how i feel about it. Build a better product!
