Apps need a bit of improvement and the additional shipping fee is ridiculous. The additional shipping fee was more than half of my actual shipping fee of about 25. I dont recommend using this unless you're in Korea.

This app is great, being the only way to get any food or products while in quarantine as a foreigner in Korea. However, if something goes wrong with the delivery of an item, they will string you along with "waiting for updates" without processing a refund or having the issuing company send the product, so if you don't receive an item, you're basically out of luck and just lose the money

Can you all please fix this pop-up issue with the app & website? Within the last 6 weeks, regardless if you already have created an acct & have already set a preference as Korea or if you're already logged into your acct the website & app repeatedly has a pop-up requesting you select a shipping country preference. & whatever country is already selected as your preference in your profile, is no longer an option for you to select. This pop-up repeats ever 6 seconds & freezes the site if closed.

Meh, it works.. For an ebay company I'd initially expected a lot more. You might not love ebay, but they have developed a pretty competent application. This is not that. However, for English language shopping/delivery it'll get the job done. Unfortunately recently the app has taken a turn for the worse. It seems like their web monkeys have either forgotten about us or forgot how to configure the load balancer and now about 3 out of 4 queries land on a 404 page. Very frustrating. So, meh...

"Your purchasing rights have been restricted". Never purchased anything, didn't even get that far. Additionally, it would not allow me to use my preferred email address, probably because it uses a "new" gTLD and Gmarket, like all Korean web sites, has not advanced since 1998.

Shipping fees are terrible.It's always underweight so have to pay additional $15+ every order.CS don't care&won't fix it.I didn't notice until recently that my order is 2.02kg but they round it up to 2.5kg to charge more which is a complete scam.Don't buy unless you're expecting to spend at least an additional $15+.They don't check the items from sellers&use the sellers boxes plus oversized box to charge more for weight.Coupons are useless cause additional shipping ends up covering them&more.

They always charge extra delivery fee. Is a scam. Is not like they not send similar weight items all the time to be able to tell you the real shipping price. Never ordering from here again

This is super slow and nothing to do. I was keep waiting for loading pages which is never gonna pop out.
