Like everybody else, they are having trouble with logging in and it keeps saying "your mobile data network has change" after turning the vpn on.....and i have the same problem. I downloaded it cause i thought it was already fixed but it's not. I agree with everyone preferring the old version. Your apps have fallen into being defective and useless with these update. I'm still hoping that this will be fixed. For the meantime, you're getting the lowest rating.

They will give you good service at first then after awhile they will say all the free data apps are claimed already. Until it goes on and on when you try it again. Another issue is everytime you open it, you must register always.

Hello. I noticed that there are many Globe Telco apps (Switch, Rewards, Gcash etc.). Why not just put all those features in a single app so that users can manage all the services provided into a single app thus conserving storage space? The suggested app should show load balance, e-wallet balance, and rewards points balance upon entering UI upon log-in. Not only must this lighten the load on users but on the company as well as you have to read reviews in a single app instead of 3. Giving 3-stars

This app was so very amazing at first but now its just a trash app that consume cellphone's space. There's always problem logging in and we cannot even get promo or use it. I hope you can fix it.

It's helpful but the issue is enough to drag it down..... The by the way the issue is everytime you open the app, it always registering like it's newly installed or cleared data. That's not all the issue thou. It's so annoying to use, we prefer the old version.

Like Globe One App, this app is kinda useless and it seems like a duplicate of other apps made for this network. Why don't you make an app that contains all these features? Since the developers of this app are the same with the developers of other apps from Globe? Features like promos, rewards, points, convertions etc., Should be put in one app.

This app sometimes work nice problem is all dataj promo wasn't all available in this app and i hope globe globe sees that load consumed but without our permission once we open data boom load deducted how can we as a costumer register load insufficient deduct unless we register load cannot deduct (this globe network problem wasn't resolve)

So sad 😢 at first months it's smoothly working but after that it's didn't work anymore, I tried to reset it and reinstall but it didn't work I can't get free in google play , I hope it will fix cuz I really love this app 💖💖💖💖

I rate 1 star because the free offers is not available, when trying on 4th attempt any free offers like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc? And also need Register again when exit and open that app

Would input the OTP sent to mobile number, but after encoding it, it would prompt that I put the wrong OTP. Had 3 OTPs sent to my mobile number, and still the same ending, incorrect OTP. Useless app! Uninstall kaagad.
