Customer care service are worst here. I just spend 1 hour on the call jumping from one line to another by the customer care executives and still no response, calls get disconnected at the end. If the call connects to the right person, they won't talk to you if you are not calling from non registered mobile number and again ask you to hold so that they can transfer the call to other line. Asking about a small query such as where to trade since the regional office is not working.

This is not for trading purpose. Very Poor application, with very poor connectivity and interface. It takes lot of time to login. Ask you again and again to login. Units not updating in real time. Mostly it shows zero to all numbers. If you are trading through this then you have to install and uninstall several times a day to work it properly.

1. I gave a one hour feedback about the new app which they have not done anything about. 2. Because the new app is not at all user friendly, i am using the old one that means this app, and they are continuously updating it with useless things that are impacting the work. 3. They updated the square-off option and now I cannot square off SL-L iy always takes market order 4. Today they updated it and now there is no price update for profit of the day

App is good but finding some bugs. 1) If i have placed any alerts then those updates are not working. Example: If I have place a alert then checked on all. Alerts if the alert ia trigger then no updates is provided. 2) If any trade happens or excuted then user should get notifications about the trade.

Very bad App, taking long time to open and place order. There is no options as portfolio, holdings, market view, all types of Nifty, different type of watch lists trading limit etc. Very small letters font, background in black. Other brokers app are very good than Globe Capital Market especially Religare is very nice. It is necessory to Globe capital market should be improved app.

Very badly designed .. Pl learn from ICICIDIRECT etc waste of time First of login itself is difficult No proper navigation When you want to see loss/profit or trade details - no way i want a simple app which gives what the Investor want Summary of daily / weekly transactions - monthly transactions Sector wise or scripwise filter Order book filter Trade book filter Some thing like What Money control gives MF AND DEBT funds available . I P O Review also suggestions for Primary and secondary market . Interactive help and contact help .. Also advise for commodities and Currency This would go a long way

This app is worst need to improve and devlop. When i login it takes too much time to open and some time its not open just showing app logo....i am not able to login and second is... If you bought any shares or you have previous shares it not shows average......3rd is 2fa login fail always...and no one listen you if you call your RM or customer support. I have many reasons to prove it.... Seriouly wrost app ever according to another app like HDFC, Kotak Mahindra, Icicibank, etc..

Very poor app. I find very difficult to trade through this app whereas other Broker platforms are quite convenient to trade. Avg buy price and investmentment value is not showing. Please look into it and resolve. Plz try to facelift the User Interface along with extent of dashboard information category. 2nd level password to be made convenient to remember like PAN, Mobile etc..

1) application doesnt supports multiple logins with same Id. Many applications from other brokers support this feature. It quite faster to work in case of multiple open terminals, unfortunately this is limitation with this app.
