I spent 45 minutes setting up an account and going through all the different websites. I then finally downloaded the app for it to blatantly not work and just be a white screen. I would just like to access one downloadable ebook, it should not be that complicated. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you are considering getting the app, dont bother as this seems to be a very common problem.

Ok all used to fine until this week when am tried to open my English e-book it wouldn't open? It said 'error file not found' but the book was downloaded so why's that-?

I have created an account and every time I try and log in it says "..login details were not correct, please try again" which I find frustrating because I know my password and email address. Even when I try to log in on the website, it's says the same thing and tells me that I only have 9 tries left, which is useless especially if it won't let me in.

Very poor software. I spent about an hour trying to get this app working across three devices . I keep getting a blank screen with no logon the only way I can get a logon is on my phone which is no good for my daughter. it has a newer Android version 9.0. my daughter's tablet and phone are both on Android 8.1 and the app will not go to the log on screen.

I go onto the app, there is a blank screen with GillExplore at the top, there is a menu page but nothing happens when you click on the options. This app is unusable. Right now eBooks are needed more than ever in my school and most of my books are Gill. This is a disgrace and really needs to be fixed because it has a big negative impact on the education of so many students.

Never write reviews but i need to here. Fix the app. I'm using an LG tablet and it will only show a white screen before closing. Bloody ridiculous, I'd expect if nothing more that the app would actually run but it's actually literally unusable. You also might want to fix the system in which you give the codes aswell. Being forced to email is just plain inconvenient and time wasting. Put codes in the front or back of the book like others. In totality this is just plain inconvenient and annoying.

So I go onto the website and login, enter my activation code and it re directs me to the app to get the free ebook..I install the app but the app .. it has a page with different option to click on ( my ebooks, downloads, settings, help etc) but when I click on them nothing happens! And if I slide to the right there is just a white screen that says gillexplore page at the top. I have tried going back in the website but nothing works! Please help me I need this for school.

Bad app!! Once you've gone through signing up and downloading the app, all it shows you is a blank white screen!! Nothing works and even contacted them myself and it seems even they have no clue as to what happening. My advice don't bother!

COMPLETELY BLANK!!! All of these ebook apps are extremely disgraceful. These apps haven't been updated in over a year. They say that their working on it but it's been over 3 weeks and the app is still blank. Same story with education.ie. People NEED these apps. It is not viable for students to bring books to school when they don't even have lockers because of COVID-19. Student's bags can only fit so much. You can't expect students to carry around heavy bags ALL DAY!!! Please, fix this app asap.

Anytime the app is opened there is only a blank white screen left on the app and it won't let me access any of my books because of this issue. Please resolve this problem, we need the ebooks for secondary school, you know that we can't be bringing 10kg bags every single day throughout the school year like this. Thank you.
