Fix missing push notifications for Android 13 and higher
Description
Eltako GebäudeFunkAssistent (tap radio assistant) allows to simply and comfortably setup a Eltako Tipp-Funk® installation. The assistant supports the hassle-free teach-in of all Eltako Tipp-Funk® devices to a Eltako MiniSafe, as well as the control and visualization of the entire installation from anywhere.
