Description
Die Küchenkräuter und Gewürzpflanzen faszinieren durch ihre vielfaltige Verwendung in der Küche, aber auch bezüglich ihrer Wirkung als Heilpflanzen. Über 200 Arten sind wissenschaftlich ausführlich beschrieben (Wikipediatexte) und bebildert, wobei nicht nur die botanischen Eigenschaften, sondern auch die Bedeutung der Pflanzen in der Kultur und im Alltag der Menschen, sei es in der Medizin oder im Brauchtum, zur Sprache kommen.
Die App funktioniert auch offline und erlaubt es jeder Pflanze eigene Beobachtungen in Wort, Bild und Video hinzuzufügen. Die Pflanzen sind nach ihrer botanischen Systematik gegliedert. Die Suche kann einerseits über verschiedene Kategorien wie Speisen, Getränke, Öle, usw. oder andererseits nach den gebräuchlichsten deutschen oder lateinischen Namen erfolgen.
Weiterführende Links eröffnen eine vertiefte Auseinandersetzung mit allen Aspekten dieser Kulturpflanzen.
The culinary herbs and spices fascinate by their varied use in the kitchen, but also in terms of their effect as medicinal plants. Over 200 species are scientifically described in detail (Wikipediat texts) and illustrated, whereby not only the botanical characteristics, but also the meaning of the plants in the culture and in the everyday life of humans, be it in the medicine or in the custom, come to the language.
The app also works offline and allows each plant to add its own observations in word, image and video. The plants are structured according to their botanical system. The search can be done on the one hand on different categories such as food, drinks, oils, etc. or on the other hand according to the most common German or Latin names.
