They were good originally when they first launched in London, but recently prices have drastically increased, they've doubled the minimum order amount for free delivery, alcohol and tobacoo doesn't count towards this so you have to find other substitute items at additional cost... Altogether it works out a lot more expensive compared to other grocery apps. General service and such is good and never had an issue, I'm just not too happy with the price hikes

Omg what an amazing service. We used Getir for the first time this week. The app was easy to install and follow the instructions. Ordering process was really easy and our order was delivered in 4 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AMAZING. Great customer service too. Had to call to cancel a order and they were very prompt and helpful. Love this new game in the market. Their promotional offers are incredibly good too.

Just ordered for the first time and had a rediculous discount. I honestly feel like I robbed them. I had £15 off a £20 order ! I ended up paying £6. Their prices are a little on the higher side. Roughly the same as you'd spend in somewhere like coop or m&s food but you're paying for convenience, and as I said I had a rediculous discount. Not a huge range. More of a snack or alcohol service but there are some meal items. Delivery is free. The whole experience was super easy and super quick.

Amazing deliverers and offers. Very fast delivery. The range of products is not that much, its the very basic but I see they are always adding new products. Giving only 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes the offer codes do not work, keeps saying 'invalid promo'. I dont understand what is invalid? Please fix this issue.

Really impressed with how quickly they delivered the stuff!! Prices without offers is on higher side but its a steal when you get an offer! Probably not the best for ordering fresh fruit and vegetables but for everything else its great!

This is the great door to door delivery service where you can easily order any groceries and get it within few minutes. All the staff are very friendly and professional, and follows great organisation culture. Expectational service and great promotional offers at all the times. Amazing.

Got a promotion for £10 of groceries for 10p. But minutes later when I tried to checkout the promotion was no longer in my account. When I contacted support and asked if they could reapply the promotion to my account they said "Our promotions can change or be removed at any time" and didn't help any further. Seems like a marketing trick to draw buyers in and once they've spent time adding all their items to the basket it conveniently disappears when they try to checkout.

Pretty good, but a few app navigation bugs and annoying notifications. Sometimes I get stuck on the same screen no matter which button I push, and I have to kill the app to be able to use it again. And maybe don't use the "order tracking" notification channel to send me marketing information? Just saying...
