Description
Stay connected to your Genetec™ Security Center system from anywhere with Genetec™ Mobile. Access your video surveillance, access control, automatic license plate recognition (ALPR) systems, and much more, on-the-go. Designed for collaboration, Genetec Mobile makes it easier for your security teams to coordinate responses and handle threats.
Provides a unified experience:
Access your Security Center core entities; Omnicast™ video management, Synergis™ access control, and AutoVu™ ALPR
Control PTZ cameras, view live and playback video, and add bookmarks
Lock and unlock doors and monitor access points
Add plates to hotlists and receive license plate reads and hits
Take ownership of active incidents with Mission Control™
Arm and disarm intrusion areas
Keep track of alarms and events with push notifications
View security entities easily using the map-based interface
Enhances collaboration:
Security Desk operators can track mobile users on the map with geo-localization
Stream and capture live video with your device and share it with other operators
Initiate communications using in-app messaging and Sipelia™ calling functionalities
Alert your team with hot actions such as manually triggering an incident, threat levels, public announcements, and more

Genetec Mobile requires Security Center version 5.8 or greater. Some features require specific integrations or versions of Security Center.
