Camera started crackling on the video feed. Worked good for a long time. Then about a month ago, the video feed wouldnt load for a week, then it started working again, however, there is a crackling noise coming from the app. I believe this to be related to the app update on 10/8/19. I called customer service, and emailed and got no response. Really fruatrating.

Update! Downgrade to 2 stars. Lights come on at random. I have them scheduled to come on at night at 7 and turn off at 730 am. they just came on at 430. This has happened several times at different times of the day. Hence the downgraded rating. Original review: I generally don't leave too many reviews but this is the best. Not sure why this isn't rated higher. These lights setup in less than a minute. Way easier than lifx bulbs

Currently bad... Up until recently everything seemed to be working fine though there was a major delay in recording footage before it would actually appear in my phone. I have since gotten a new phone and everything was working fine until I did the most recent update. Now my live feed will not load at all anymore no matter what I do. I have contacted customer support through the app have received an automated response that they'll get back to me and I've heard nothing. I have tried everything!

Worked great until this morning, now I don't get live feed on any cameras. Good luck getting help from customer support! All they say is developers are working on it. That's great! Kind of defeats the purpose of having remote cameras if you can't see the feed! If you can't fix the update error then please provide a way to go back to the original state before the update.

The worst camera's and application ever. Since the last update my camera has not recorded anything and says SD Card Not found. Now my second camera is having the same troubles. I've wasted my money on 3 of these camera's. Customer Service is not helping and claims they are working on fixing the problem. It's been well over a month. I've been extremely patient & will be advising the store I bought from to take this junk product off their shelves. I don't need a generic response back. Pls Fix It!

Worked great at first, but not anymore. Got 3 cameras to have peace of mind when not home. And at first set up they did exactly as asked. But now I'm not getting any notifications and the live feed never loads. My app is up to date and the cams are working. WiFi is strong too. I don't know what's going on, but these cams are useless now. $60 down the hole, and now I have decorations instead of cameras.

Streaming now works with the new update. Only thing I dont like is that the mute button does not show up when my phone is in horizontal mode for full screen. I have to flip my phone back to vertical, mute the cam and then flip it back, which is inconvenient when I have my phone set up on my kickstand on my desk at work. However, the button to unmute does show up in horizontal mode, so maybe this is a bug that needs to be fixed?

The app and cameras are ok for the price. Apps seems to work pretty well. However, I started having an issue with my Galaxy S8 volume settings and my alarm sounds not working. Traced it down to this app. If I open the app once my volume settings are messed up and my alarm will not work until the phone is restarted. I know there is a volume issue because I can have everything muted on my phone and opening the app the camera sound will be on and volume up.... so it is trying to take control of the volume control and not releasing it properly. Tested after this last update and the issue remains as of today. Unfortunately I can't risk my alarm not working or missing calls, so I can't use these cameras. Issue seems to be widespread as many other people have mentioned this issue.

I can't get the light bulbs to work. I troubleshoot it, get it to work with the hotspot, but not with my router (2.4ghz & 5.0ghz). Apparently something with the signal of some routers, that are not compatible with the light bulbs. I try with both, some forum claim that they don't work at all with the 5.0ghz, or with routers that have both networks. I feel in some way that is not fair that the product that you expect to work, don't work properly. Is a waist of money and time. Very disappointed.

Im trying to contact support but to no avail. The app and camera been working flawlessly but just recently Ive been unable to retrieve the video stream.i dont know whats causing this. Support can you help me out here? Update. I'm back online with no issues to report at the moment since the last issue been fixed. That was the only issue I ever had with the camera and I've had it for about a year now, its fixed and I aint complaining. Great camera

Absolutely NO WHERE in the online description does it mention bandwidth requirements. Works on 2.4 only!! I have dual bandwidth (2.4 and 5 GHz) and it still does not work. Merkury does not provide their IP address so my provider can connect the camera. So beyond frustrated and irritated! 😡 Wanted it set up before going on a trip on the morn. No time to return/ buy another one. 😡😡

I purchased three camera, they worked perfect for about 3 weeks but now I can't get them to work at all. One camera will say retrieve video streaming and it will just stream never showing a picture. The other will say that it failed. Been trying to get ahold of customer support but they don't return my emails. Haven't decided if I would recommend this camera or not. It's looking like all the reviews in the last week have been bad because we all are having the same issues after their update.

Updated my app on October 2 2019.. Haven't been able to see my live stream since. I've already contacted support. The phone lines had a poor connection. Took 3 phone calls to be told wait 24-48 hours for the developers to work on it... It is now October 6 2019... I'm still waiting. I really like this product, but this is ridiculous.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Bought a camera from Canadian tire for over $100 the (Hawk GNC-CW006) downloaded the app and it doesn't even show support for the camera, and when I tried to find solutions through the app it gives me options that don't even exist and I COULD NOT find any helpful information on their website either. The best suggestion I got from them so far has been to take apart the camera. Canadian tire doesn't take these back either so now I'm just out over $100. Thanks Geeni

No good. Has no antenna strength. Mines 10 ft from my blue curve WiFi router. It has no signal. Put a 91m range extender right next to it. Still has no signal. Under 10ft it works. Secondly. Once it connects to your WiFi. Yu can never change it. It's lock for life. So unless your using it inside don't buy this. It won't connect. Incidentally. My phone gets full signal standing further away. Confirming its the cheap antenna. Waste of money.

Edit 10/11/19 (3⭐)They updated their app and I can receive the camera feed again and the camera-to-app clarity is a lot better. A suggestion: add a 2x button on the playback and use the media sound on phones and not the notification sound. 10/9/19 (1⭐) Ever since their last update the camera doesn't sync with the app. I have a Moto g6. I have tried to use their customer service option and have gotten no response. Improve your app and your customer service, please.

I own multiple products & most recently an update was given & now cameras are no longer working. We are unable to view the motion detection & none of the functions like memory & rewind are available. I have reinstalled the cameras along with adding the new update. Nothing has fixed the problem & instead we have lost sound on live view as well. I am leaving this review as I have left messages via customer phone line and via app. No one has bothered to answer any of my concerns. Please help!

Absolute trash. I spent two and a half hours trying to get the smart lighting to connect, but it fails every time. I've met every specification, followed every step to the letter, I even went as far as to set the router as close as possible to the bulb to help the process, but nothing works. I can't believe I wasted my money on this.

I bought your smart power bar to use in an indoor hydroponics setup. Every 2 hours I wanted to turn a pump on for a few minutes and then turn it off, but can't create the number of on/off schedules I'd need for an 18 hour lighting scenario. I had to switch to a 4 hour on/off schedule instead. may need to look at another product instead. Turns out the smart power bar can only support a total of 30 schedules for the entire device.

I have the product "GN-SW003-199" and I seem to have a problem with it, when the power of the house is cut the outlet is not turning back on by its own it remains off, so I will have to turn it back on manually; please fix this or add the option to control this through the app. I have other smart products from different brands and they allow the user to control this feature.

I loved this app, I could control all my camera's with my phone until the new update a few days ago. now I have no live feed on my camera's . they continuously say retrieving video stream and stay on a black screen. it will send motion notification and i can get still pictures but no live feed..please fix this or at least give us a choice to go back to the original app format.. I would have given 5 stars until this latest update.

Downloaded Geeni app on my Note 9, it is interacting with my video, slow mo & super slow mo. If I keep the app I won't ever be able to record videos on my phone since it grays out my video button and all the other functions. I can still take photos but I have to be able to record videos. Was a great app until it started messing with my phone features. Ever since uninstalling the geeni app I now can use my phones video and options associated with video. Please investigate and fix the problem.

The reason I'm putting one star is that it was a great camera when I first got it, working just fine doing what it said the camera was supposed to do. When I downloaded the new update my camera stopped working and I don't know why. I tried everything to my knowledge and do not know what else to do. I'm not happy, I'm about to throw this out and go with a totally different brand.

Outdoor security camera works beautifully. It's the app that is not up to par. The app crashes alot and I have the latest version updated. Viewing in HD is a problem. The live video stream becomes pixelated and glitchy. When this happens, I have to switch it back to SD then back to HD in order to see the video clearly. I already had to uninstall the app and reinstall it in order view the live stream or to look over the already recorded footage. App needs to be reassessed and bugs fixed.

Really liked it until recently it keeps crashing and acting up. My control pales will NOT open to control lighting and color etc. UPDATE * they finally released an update that mostly fixed the bugs. My control panel works now still a little glitchy I will reset the lights and see if that helps. Thank you geenie for your response and for the fix it's refreshing to have a company actually listen

It is a really good camera. However the app was working well until recently!!! They do not respond anymore on customer support and i cannot see anything right now. Its buffering but nothing happens!!! I tried everything I could think of on my part but still not working!!!

The lights and camera worked great for about a month. They continued to work after we upgraded our wifi. Then, we changed the password. I couldn't find a way to easily redo the wifi connection, so I tried to disable and reenable them. Suddenly, I'm getting an error message that says they only work with 2.4 Hz channels. Dissappointed.

Every time a new "update" comes along I can't use my light until the app gets fixed again, this time around every time I try to open the control panel I get a message that says "Oops, the control panel has crashed", also the on/off button has just disappeared... the only functions that are available are the quick actions for brightness and color temp. Yay!! Please fix it, again... thanks.

It's not okay app but I wish you can watch more than just one at a time... Another cool setting for the app wen one of your cameras or motion sensor or window and door sensor . Wen any of them sensors get tripped or camera motion sensor. Then you get notification as well as have a choice setting to have it go directly to that device or sensor.. sitting for mainly the Alexa show and tablets. And have a geeni cloud to store saved videos

This app works great and all but sometimes is very inconveniencing expresly if you have android if you ever utilize the App, then close out of it and try to listen to music or watch a movie. You'll try to turn up your volume it'll make it seem as if you're on the phone and you can never put anything on speak weaker phone you have to constantly Restart your phone in order to use your speaker

10/19/19 Ever since version 1.6.5 my schedule no longer executes at the set times. Also my other plug no longer activates when linked to motion sensor. All of this worked fine previous to update. Clearly you have an issue, look at all the reviews in October. Do you plan to reimburse for the hardware we purchased since it is basically useless without the app working properly? Changed my review to 1 star until this is fixed.

Update: the app I was made to use, due to play store app update causing app to stop working, is not working either. I'm honestly not sure this camera is worth the stress it is causing me. Called customer service and recived a message to leave a message. Lm, no callback. The app is Not taking pictures of movement. I have stood in front of it and waved at it and it is still not notifying me of movement. It'd be nice if this thing would start working again!

Okay by reading the comments below I noticed that you are already aware of the problem after the recent updates nobody is able to view live stream video from your cameras do you guys have a time frame as to when this problem is going to be solved if not is there any way to go back to the previous version that actually work prior to the update. Ok was able to get geeni to send me link to roll back to old ver now can get live vid. Again

The smart wi-fi hd 720p cameras that I've been pleased with are no longer working after the firmware update. Looks like it's a problem for alot of people that own them. I bought them to keep an eye on things when I'm away from home and now there useless. Some quick help is what we all expect.

I do not know what is happening my camera was working fine and about 4 days ago you can not see, everything is connected well just says "Retrieving Video Stream" it is very annoying I bought another camera because I thought it was that but the other one is the same, and I call customer service and they hung me up. I think it is the system that is not working because the same thing is happening to everyone. very unpleasant

"Oops, the control panel crashed" pops up when I'm trying to change the schedule for our lightbulb for when it turns on or off, funny thing is, I downloaded it on my partners phone and.. same thing on his phone! Now we have to follow my lightbulbs schedule instead of it following mine. Hail the lightbulb, lights out!

Streaming works now but is anyone else getting a bad crackling noise from this app? Cant even here my camera its that bad. Ohhh brother. Yup had to put an old version back because this up date is bad also. Staying at 1 star for a long time. Yep tried the app on multiple phones and tablet and this new version is bad with crackling all over the place you hit a button and crackles you go to video it crackles you open it up it crackles way 2 Go Genie.

If you have a geeni camera and its not showing in the app. You need to back to the google play app and update the app. & it will work fine! Hats off to the employees at Geeni & MI. Ive had the camera since july and everything has been working fine. But a few days ago the geeni app hasnt been working. It wont let me watch live video feed. I can only see notifications. Ive reseted the camera and app and still nothing. It would be nice to know how to fix it.

Was great at first! Have 5 cameras and up until last week I could see them all. Now they all say retrieving video stream and NO video appears. I've reset and re-downloaded the app and nothing is working. You need to fix this issue as we have all spent good money on this for useless service.

*** Update... They issued a new version of the app and now after reinstalling and factory reset on my camera it is working great! Thanks for the patch! If this lasts, i will purchase additional products in your line. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Everything was working fine until a month later it was stuck on "retrieving video stream" and now i can not access live video. I tried two factory resets and nothing. Can't get through to customer service.

They keep asking you to call the developers for support, but they dont respond. Cameras are worthless. I asked for replacements and no answers. They are riding on the backs of google but they do not work with google. Do not buy these. They cant figure out the problem and then they ignore you leaving you without cameras. Not worth the money.

Worked fine until today and it wont retrieve my cameras to view but lets me see the notifications it snaps.ive got 3 cameras and ive done everything possible to fix it.all 3 of our cameras are doing the same thing.But my husbands cell works fine and is showing the live camera feed.just not husbands live feed went out yesterday.i called customer service to tell them They said the same thing to me as they told all of you whom have had the same issue.

I got this security camera because of a lot of attempted thefts and attempted break-ins. The camera worked fine the first 3 days, then it kept saying retrieving encrypted video stream while draining the wifi in the process. When the video finally did start working I get tons of high pitched feedback.

I will say 3 and a half stars there is some things you could make better like when you view playback it does move so fast like I just touch it to rewind it and there goes like 5 min. Just by touching it also would like to have more option with sd card and more options when viewing it in real time but besides that pretty good stuff bout to by the smart plug as well

The cameraI have is a cw007 I've had it about a week it's been working fine but now all I'm getting is a black screen that says retrieving video stream I've set up the camera it connects to the internet and I got a 98% Wi-Fi I even get notifications of motion and I get a picture but I cannot pull up the camera

Well I don't know if it's the app or the camera I unplugged the camera to move from one side of the room to the other and every sense I plugged it back up the app won't pull up the video stream 😡 I still get the still snapshots but I can't pull up the video stream and watch or hear what's going on in my home when I'm not home to even check on my oldest when he's home alone

This company has seriously not fixed not being able to view our video stream on the app yet?? Its been over a week. The camera is USELESS without this. I still never got a reply from anyome from this company. You guys are HORRIBLE. I'm gonna yank my camera off the wall and throw it in the trash. Guess you get what you pay for.

Customer tech support I wish you luck. You have to leave a message and hopes that they get back to you and it's usually when you're not around your device.I've also did the in app support and it's been over a month since I've heard anything back so I send another message and still haven't heard anything. My recommendationreturn the item back to the store and find one that uses a different app.

Deserves no stars ! Update aka 'app and performance improvements' caused the app to not work anymore at all now. I am stuck at "retrieving video stream" 😑 great work with the 'upgrade'😑 Fix it! before the 'update' it crashed all the time - very flawed app in general, options & functionality could use some improvement. Not reliable. It doesnt pick up motion anymore only when it feels like it which is rarely. It was picking up motion properly, but then an update and now senses driving cars 50 feet away on low setting. Now its just tempermental and only shows me live feed but doesnt feel like picking up motion any more. Today it refuses to connect to live video feed. On low setting I keep receiving motion alerts for all the vehicles passing by the street. On power outages or surges,it never turns back on itself.

Hello... Any one there? I've 3 different ways to contact support and nothing. Is there another way to look at my video stream besides the app? Can we roll back to before the update? Any idea when you will have a fix for the new update? I rely on this for the safety of my children and very frustrating to not have the app working properly.

we've had this camera for a couple months now, even bought another for my room to watch my kids when im downstairs, but since i updated the app on October 2nd the cameras won't work it stays on the "retrieving video stream" screen and thats it, i still get notifications of movement but thats it, please fix asap

First day the lightbulbs worked great, dim colors tho I guess the lumens only for the whites then the next day the bulbs can't seem to connect to wifi, only bink looking for a wifi connection the router only one room away stays trying to connect for 10 mins thinking it just needs to reconnect still nothing checked for updates, down didn't see any

It was working great up until October 2nd after i did an update on it and all it says is retrieving video stream already tried calling nobody answered left a message all the steps that were needed to be and still nothing how's anybody supposed to be safe with your product when you don't even answer your phone because of mechanical malfunctions someone needs to hurry up and fix this please and thank you

Not happy with last update, camera stopped working Oct 2nd, app needs another update to be able to work again with my cell phone. I have contacted both Geeni and Samsung for support on this issue, but no luck. The Samsung Rep uses Geeni app too and is having same issue. Please fix this issue.

It's been a decent app but ever since the last update my cameras will not load up. They keep saying retrieving video stream bht they never do. They were all shared with me by my son but now I cannot see them anymore. Please fix this problem and I will change back to 4-5 stars!!!

Worked great until the update on 10/2/19 now I can't access my live feed or playback. Really sucks since I live way out in the country and have a problem with thieves unless the cameras are working. Hopefully I can fake it until this issue is resolved.

I ordered the plugs and surge protector from Amazon and did not know I had to download this app. This app sucked. It did not ever turn on the plugs because it could not ever connect to the plugs. The plug was not on the app yet it said for me to download the app for the plugs. I remembered it said google home could work with the plugs but it never did. End result was I just returned the plugs and surge protector

I picked up some of the light bulbs to test them out surprisingly you cannot go wrong with these they are easy to connect very nice color tone only one thing was missing that maybe in the future they could add this daylight all in all great product I also have some of the lifx bulbs they are cool but way to expensive this are great for the price thank you

It's a good source of security, BUT it takes too long to notify motion and can't turn off the night vision. 😳 I did an update and now my camera is not working, I called and texted support ... NO ANSWER OR CALL BACK. This goes from bad to worse.

The app used to work great but since the update yesterday I can't access my camera! It keeps spinning in circles saying it's trying to access camera! I use it for a nanny cam and in my child's room while she's sleeping. I need this issue resolved ASAP!

Edit: New update fixed video streaming but now audio crackles and is static every time. You can't use the mic to talk because of this! With the new update two days ago, the video streaming will no longer come through! Cameras and App were otherwise working great before update.

I loved thes camers at first. They worked very well for about 3 wks top. I can't see anythung thru the app on my phone, but it does still show me on my tv. I bought 6 of them and NONE of show up on my phone!! Still get alerts!!I Seems everyone is having the same issue. Emailed Cust Svc and no response AT ALL in 2 wks!!. I wish I would have read the reviews first, I would not have bought 6 of them and I would have gone with anotther product!!. WASTE OF MONEY!!

It CRASHES! Every time I try to go into the control panel, it crashes. I always update my app. My daughter on the other hand, never updates her app and her app is fine. I have updated my app several times since the first time I installed it. My daughter never updated her app and her app never crashes.

A Good Product Purchase the camera was very cheap but shockingly it works very well for the price. The picture quality is great not just in the day time. At night when the lights are off the night vision is in black and white the picture quality is very very clear. It's worth buying and the price makes it even a better buy. The app was easy to download and easy to follow directions in how to setup.

This update broke functionality. Previous version worked fine. Can no longer adjust color of lights----at all. Sub menus do not work (tapping on light to get to the screen where I had options before). Only menu that works is the quick access for each light and that doesn't recognize color options.

They are pretty good, motion detection is a pain sometimes but all in all clear pictures, good night vision, good price. Give it a four star cause they like to go offline and motion detection goes off every 2 minutes with just a branch moving and set on low.

The cameras works great when I first got them now they very rarely will let me see video feed in my house and I also have the ability to check my home Wi-Fi to make sure that is not the Wi-Fi that's causing the cameras to go offline honestly the system sucks

For the price of the camera unit the Athens self is pretty awful really the night vision terrible the replay of recorded footage awful and the fact that the mic on it has to be turned up and down with the talking volume of your phone instead of the media volume is rather annoying and the app crashes a lot send my overall opinion on this app not very good

It does exactly everything that I expected it to do, plus a little more. As someone who can't afford a top-of-the-line security system, this was a godsend. When I get paid I expect to buy another couple of them. My daughter also swears by these.

After viewing a camera stream, the phone continues to think it is in the middle of a call and the volume buttons will only control the phone (in-call) volume. The only way to stop the phone from thinking it is in a call is to kill the Geeni app from the App Manager.

Was great until latest firmware and software updates, latest firmware started having to open several times to get cameras to open encrypted channel, and after software update cameras won't retrieve videos at all, please fix these issues!! Otherwise was good product.

Fix your app! It crashes all the time!!! Why is there no help from Geeni??? So many people complain, but nothing changes! Bad customer support!!!!! UPDATE!!! Hallelujah, Geeni is finally working again! Hopefully it'll stay this way!!

Fix the volume issue, any time I open the app, it changes media audio to "in call" audio and will play other apps audio through the ear piece not the speaker. Have to restart the phone every time if I want to watch a YouTube video after checking my cameras.

I love it! You can playback the footage any time as long as the camera is on. You can add as many cameras as you want n can watch them from any where you dont have to wait to get home n see if you grabbed that folder or fed your dog this morning instead of leaving work to find out you did. I love the adhesive on the bottom to easily stick anywhere even upsidedown you can flip the screen also notifies you of motion detection then you can speak into the phone so anyone near the camera can hear you

When the app updated on October 2nd, 2019 it won't let me view my cameras anymore. It's just says retrieving video for hours without ever showing my cameras. It worked excellent before the update. Any idea on why it's doing that?

Update: The update fixed the broken video feeds, but now every device has a ton of some kind of audio feedback. I have to leave the audio muted. Only giving one star until it works as it is supposed to - as I paid for it to do.

I have 4 smart cameras for about 2 or 3 months now. Been working great till taday. They all have good connection, WiFi signal is good, an now they don't show any video. I have already rebooted the app, the cameras an the wifi... an still nothing.

Worked great for almost 2 months. Oct 2 it stopped showing my feed for any of my cameras. I have 3. I can still get motion alarm snapshots but no live feed. Have tried everything to fix on my end. Is this issue being worked on?? Is there a fix coming soon?

i would rate it 4 or 5 stars.. but for over a week now none of my camera video streams will load on my phone. they still work on my amazon echo show.. but not on my phone or tablet, so they are basically worthless to me until the problem is fixed..

How come when I review my camera live feed I have to restart my cellphone to play music or to control my media volume. It gets annoying after you try to play music or watching a video and you forget to restart. Need to be fixed asap...

Was working great, now it's saying that the control panel keeps crashing. Reinstalled the app, disconnecting and reset the bulb, reconnected it and still just a control panel crash loop that takes me back to the main menu over and over.

Was working swimmingly until the button to turn off the light was removed and the control panel would only crash. Was forced to make scenes to only be able to turn it off or on. Please update this app.

This App does not work period. My cameras have been out for over a week. No help from Merkury. Don't buy any of their products. The new version has fixed the video, but now the audio had nothing but static.

I like the and avoid just had a really hard time getting them to reset then in talking about the smart lights and I can't seem to get them to Oregon to gather you sequence therefore I can't get them to do the same setting at the same time…

Overall, decent app. Still figuring out what I'd tweak to improve it, so that's a pretty good start. Huge improvement from when I first got the app, so I know they're always working/listening.

I know the night mode turns on automatically, but how can I turn off that feature because its a deal breaker for me. I can't see my car in night on the driveway because of the night mode. Please add a switch for us to disable the night mode.

Try to add a light bulb after it reset because a series of power shortage. The application keep asking me to activate my location when I try to setup wifi password. Another bad update, last time everything turned into chinese character.

I have 15 "Smart Lights" in my home, at any given time 5 are offline and cannot be controlled by the Geeni app or Alexa. The whole process of constantly deleting the bulb and reinitializing is getting tedious and quite honestly I wish I had gone with the cheaper option of smart switches instead of smart bulbs.

I seem to be having a problem with this app. Everytime i choose to view a camera the screen stays black and says "retrieving video stream" and the screen actually stays like this for a solid five minutes.

I give it 1 star because I, too can not retrieve the stream. I give it a couple days and it goes back to the store. editing to add, now that the bug is fixed its working great.

I don't know what's going on. When I open my cameras on my phone it only says RETRIEVING VIDEO. Barely started happening a couple of days ago and that sucks. I can only see notifications

After the last update (10/02/19) the app will not allow me to access device management to change my schedules. It says "Oops, the control panel crashed." The app itself stays open so this is obviously a feature issue.

I am also having problems with the cameras staying on retrieving video stream. I even reinstalled the app to no avail. You need to get this problem fixed quickly!

Horrible waste of money bought three there's no website to go look on live streams you have to watch only from your mobile device I can't get my money back from Walmart so I'm just stuck with cameras that continue to say retrieving video which never retrieves I would give no stars really oh and forgot to mention in order to play back any footage you have to purchase a sd memory card or you'll be recording nothing at all the free app Alfred gives you way better everything

Oct 2nd was the new update.Its now Oct 9th and still not able to view the live feed.Ive contacted customer service and left reviews to tell of this.No response back on when it will be fixed.Hundreds of people are having the same issues.Hey developer's please get it fixed ASAP!

Loved this brands camera's so much I have 3. The only problem I've had is one app update that left us unable to see live view. However today they fixed that update and all is working again.

No reply from developers on feedback. Trying to delete all but it only delete a few at a time. I want to delete all at once. Plus it does not detect all movements. My device is up to date.
