Gallup’s research shows that the talents most closely related to long-term success can be grouped into 34 themes, each made up of many talents. Among these 34, each person has five unique “Signature Themes” that influence how they think, feel and act.
Here’s what Gallup’s findings reveal:
- People who use their strengths every day are **three times more likely** to report having an excellent quality of life.
- Teams that focus on strengths report 18% increased performance and 23% higher employee engagement than teams that don’t.
- Employees who learn about their strengths have 8% to 18% higher productivity than those who don’t.
- Turnover is 20% to 73% lower among employees who discover and use their strengths.
