Label the app for those who are not tech savvy. I have been installing and uninstall the whole thing multiple times and then download the correct version for my new phone and it doesn't have a device compatibility check until after download. I have been a loyal Samsung guy since I got my first smartphone so I don't have any complaints with the company.

Rogue app. Requires extensive permissions to be granted to even start, regardless of whether they are ever actually needed. "Calendar", "Call logs", "Contacts", "Files and Media", "Phone", "SMS", and *gasp* "Notification access" are now all at Samsung's and hackers' disposal, even if you just want to configure the buds. Permissions are spread across several apps, including the Galaxy Wearable app, to further obscure the mischief.

They changed the app so you can no longer see the individual battery for each bud? Why would they strip down this feature? It was useful because I don't always have both earbuds in at once. Fix your app and add it back dude.

I understand that this phone is not a Samsung phone that I use my Galaxy Pro Bud+ with. But it still runs on the same software and the same operating system on this phone as it does another Samsung phone. On a Samsung phone you don't have to download the wearables plugin for Galaxy buds. Any other phone that is not a Samsung does not allow you to do so. Remember, if you have Galaxy buds or Galaxy buds Plus you have to download the Galaxy buds plug in in order to be able to use the Samsung earbud

No longer compatible with tab s7, can't use buds without it. Cool Samsung. My Galaxy buds are worthless because I need this app to use them, but it's not compatible with the tab s7. This is the last time I buy Samsung. Hopefully pixel comes out with a tablet.

I have the buds+ and they worked fine up till a month into usage. Now the left side is louder than the right,the charging box doesn't keep a charge and for some reason I can't seem to use the bud apps. They install but in no way appear on screen. I have an MI phone and I'm thinking you have a problem with that but WTAF

Great! The only thing is my earholes are small and the smallest black rubber earbud liners are not small enough and my earbuds fall out randomly when I'm walking or moving my head. I also wish I could link my earbuds to my firekindle so I could lay in bed at night with my kindle audio turned up without disturbing my husband.

After being on the phone with Samsung support for over an hour and a half and running through all the troubleshoot steps,My issue was not soved,Now when I try to connect to my phone, only one ear bud connects at a time. In other words, I open the case and pick the left bud, the left bud will connect, but the right won't. The same will happen when I connect the right. Not being able to connect both earbuds at the same time makes it impossible to update them. Currently, you need to have them both

First impressions;pretty darn good. Noise cancelling is what I expected it to be;passable. Sound quality is probably a 6/10 but that's including way more expensive options. My only complaint is that from what I have messed with software wise, I cannot adjust both ambient sound and volume with the buds at the same time. I hate having to choose between having quick ambient mode and the ambient mode toggle vs volume up and volume down. If Samsung reads these, please fix this?! Maybe tap and hold?!?
