Field Service Management - App for the Service Provider companies who provide Service on the field on call, i.e. Car repair, Plumbing, Saloon on call, Electricians, Cab services, Maintenance and Repair services.
The Field Service Management (FSM) App is designed to be used by the Field Engineers/Service Executives, and by the customer. It is a role-aware app that provides contextual process automation based on the user's role as a Field Engineer, or a Customer. Field Service drives profitability by automating the process of dispatching field technicians to service calls.
The app is to be used by Customer and Service Executive only.
Customer features :
- Customer can raise Job requests and track its status.
- Customer can select his/her physical location or other location for job requests.
- Customer can check his invoices for the completed jobs.
Service Executive features :
- Set his/her per hour rate and express rate for various services.
- Service Executive can see the jobs assigned to him and manage its lifecycle.
- Service Executive can fill the timesheet logs based on hours he spends in work.
- Service Executive can view his invoices and check his earnings.
- Option for Service Executive to get the customer signature.
