    Great app. I use it daily to track tech support work orders. Previous versions allow you to take a photo and it immediately uploaded a reduced resolution to your notes for that ticket. Now I have to take a photo outside of the Freshdesk app and hope that it will allow me to upload the photos afterwards. They need to bring the old picture functionality back. Otherwise, it's easy to use.

    The app frankly works better than the web portal at this point (and the web portal is fine for the most part- just gets confused and tries to use keyboard shortcuts at random times while you're typing a reply or note, even if they're disabled). Everything in the app is deliberate and intuitive. Easy to determine and modify current status, filter views, use canned replies, etc. I'd like to be able to insert the KB friendly name (and not just the URL), but that's firmly under "nice to have".

    Love this app. Best free helpdesk app I've dealt with. Lets you merge, reply, add contacts, send emails. Pretty much everything you need. I don't get the bad reviews, it's been amazing with amazing support.

    Not bad I guess. 1. No dark mode 2. No option for condensed view of tickets. If we have a lot of tickets we are scrolling alot. 3. Sorted ticket view by customer (not just contact at customer) would be nice. Aside from these things it does a good job.

    The assigned ticket to a particular group changes automatically after reply from any agent.The group and assigned agent name gets changed. it doesn't shows all pending tickets of an agent. it also doesn't shows individual wise pending tickets. the filter option has to be increased.

    Version 5 is unstable and i often miss notifications. Update: 5.7 is much better/more stable Update: 7.1 - Regression: app crashes when setting notification schedule
