The FORZA Mobile Tech app is configurable to allow service management to define various levels of empowerment appropriate for each specific team. The FORZA Mobile Tech app provides technicians with service agility through real-time access to business-critical service information in both connected and disconnected modes. Using the FORZA Mobile Tech app, technicians can access service calls, equipment service history and enter service related data. Integrated GPS tracking capability enables technicians to handle critical service calls with ease by locating the nearest required resource in real-time and fdisplaying customer and resource locations in relation to open service calls. FORZA Mobile Tech quickly and accurately captures equipment serial numbers and part numbers by means of camera barcode scanning optimized to minimize energy consumption.
