The Ford Remote Access app. is free of charge. Additional Genuine Ford Accessories hardware is required to control vehicle features. The Genuine Ford Accessories hardware is available through and must be installed on your vehicle by an authorized Ford Dealer. Once installed your Ford dealer will provide a SIM and PIN which is needed to add the vehicle to the account. A yearly subscription fee is required. The Ford Remote Access app allows consumers to: • Remote Start • Remote Start Stop • Lock • Unlock • Audible Car Find • Receive Security Notifications (optional feature) This application is designed with a Power Save Mode feature that protects your vehicle battery charge when parked for an extended period.
