Alexa’s familiar voice and responses then play through your vehicle’s speakers. You can access thousands of Alexa skills and services that Echo customers already enjoy. Pump yourself up on the way to the gym by saying, “Alexa, play my workout playlist.” Continue the book you were listening to, even during your commute to work. Check whether you have dinner plans on the drive home by asking, “Alexa, what’s on my calendar tonight?” • Alexa Capabilities: You will have access to most the same capabilities as you do from home, including controlling your smart home devices, ordering pizza, checking the weather, getting your favorites sports teams scores, checking and updating your schedule and more. • Navigation: You can ask Alexa for a point of interest (POI) and ask Alexa to navigate to the POI. Alexa will hand off the POI to the onboard navigation when equipped or to your phone to provide you with turn by turn directions. • Entertainment: Using Amazon Music, TuneIn, and iHeartRadio you will be able use Alexa to play music (skip, fast forward, rewind, play, and pause) and even make song purchases. This ap needs a lot of work to have full Alexa functionality. They did just enough to be able to claim it works. I initially couldn't get it to work because it also needs to have the right settings in the vehicle as well. Ford documentation is piss poor because they try to include too much which makes it tough to drill down to a specific issue. Ford tech support is useless as well. The person I talked to didn't have a clue how their app works. All I could get was uninstall/reinstall/reboot adv

Doesn't work properly. Sometimes it works, others not, and even when it works it's not good. Ford needs to fix this immediately or stop advertising they have Amazon Alexa in their cars. Come on, Ford! Get with it!

Doesn't work. It's not supported by Amazon. Ford this New system with Ford pass is a huge disappointment. The limited apps available and the constant battle with Android auto is just awful... You could make something that would work flawlessly together. If negative starts we're available... Note to all review sites... Start allowing negative 5 star reviews... Let's make reviews fair.

Absolute garbage Will not work at all. Phone is connected via Bluetooth and everything else works. Call audio everything. This stupid app just keeps saying connect your phone via Bluetooth. Ughhh it is connected. Tried removing and forgetting Bluetooth connection and reconnected phone. Still nothing. Absolut garbage I want a refund for my raptor. Specifically bought a new one for this feature and now it doesn't work. Anyone else interested in a class action lawsuit.

Showed up on my cars screen when I first got it. Then it disappeared and I haven't been able to get it back. I've Uninstalled/reinstalled it. Nada. Tells me to connect to my car via Bluetooth (when it already is) and never loads. Not worth the headache.

Connecting upon startup SUCKS! After you fart around with the app it finally connects and works fine. There needs to be an update to fix all the "bugs" in this thing.

Does both work!!! Half the time it doesn't show up on my screen the other half it just keeps listening then stops working. Get a message do you want to restart I say yes the it disconnects. I have had my car for 4 months. Has been in shop 3 time to fix problem. Each time I am told it needs an update. They update and then same problem. This app is junk.

Connected when I first setup my Samsung A51 5G for about a week. Then it would connect randomly or not at all. It will connect with the Bluetooth for normal phone functions but not the app. Now the app has begun to work as it should after 3 weeks. Go figure. 6/28/21 Latest Samsung software broke my Ford+alexa app. Won't connect with display. I have to select the phone as a source and then use Alexa.

I uninstalled app and then reinstalled it trying to get it to work. Now it won't let me sign into my Amazon account. It says something like this app has not been tested by Amazon... What the Heck? It's also not in the Amazon app store anymore. Nor listed as a skill in the Amazon app. I had to reinstall it off of Google Play. Has anyone else had this problem???
